2. Hughes - I don't really like his personality, but in terms of managing our current situation he is a good fit
3. McClaren (tin hat on) he is an attacking minded manager imo and we need someone to coach a team that can score goals

Possibly the only one of candidates who has worked within the new set up. (very important in my eyes)
To date he as not ruled himself out (I think) similar to PC with TP.
Plus all the normal stuff Location, money, potential.
