FFS it’s blindingly obvious some of you aren’t happy with Pulis and his current team selection/tactics and style of football, but show the man some respect and stop slagging him off for anything he does and everything he says some of the vitriol aimed towards him is totally out of order, just remember he’s the one that’s been responsible for arguably the best days we’ve ever witnessed at Stoke. Some of the things posted on here say just how disgustingly fickle some of the Johnny come lately’s are and some of you should hang your heads in shame but then again some of you won’t bat an eye lid over it probable the same ones that bet money on Stoke going down and openly brag about hoping it’ll happen if it means getting rid of the manager. It’s these so-called fans that I really wish would fuck off up the Vile and stay there. Gouranga.

Don’t show yourself up for being a bigger prick than some people on here already think you are, I’ve never been in the Pro Pulis camp and never been a massive fan of his style of football but I can respect what he’s achieved for Stoke and be thankful for some of the best days I’ve ever witnessed as a Stoke supporter and as such I think he deserves to be shown a lot more respect. Gouranga.

Respect is a two way thing Albert - I show him the same respect (no more no less) than he does to the "Twelfth Man" - you know, those people who spend their money attending "Bonus Games", being accused of not being sensible, not understanding the basics of football (if you don't concede you can't lose, or shouild it be if you don't score you can't win".
Gouranga (what does that mean anyway?)

And as an old fogie who goes to matches with shed load of other old fogies I don't recognise Harry B's claim at all.

TP should be given another 3 full years. I am fairly confident/hopeful that with a few ins and outs our performances will improve and more importantly we will score more goals. Optimism is worth a goal start I hope...

Next season the T.V money doubles, if this clown is given a penny more we deserve to go down through our own naivety and "The Coates Family" deserve to lose their sodding £60M a year.

I agreed with everything in the first part of your post but to claim that it's the "johnny come latelys" isn't correct and, yet again, it's someone else that's looking down on people that haven't been there as long as them. The amount of time you've supported Stoke isn't the only measurement of your loyalty and support. Also, the argument about betting on us to go down means nothing if the same people turn up on a match day and get behind the team. I won't bet on it but those that do don't also pay for car insurance in the hope that they crash their car. Of course, there's been a big thread about whether it's right or not so I'll leave it at that. I was supporting Stoke well before promotion and, as I said, I won't bet on us to go down so it's not as if I'm trying to defend myself but I also don't look down on others that do or haven't been supporting Stoke as long as I have. Good first paragraph though

Gouranga (what does that mean anyway?) Mr Pulis has a point though doesn't he? Most of his detractors on this board don't understand the basics of football, either that or they are on some bitter personal vendetta. Funny how all the pundits who have actually played or managed in football think he's still doing a fantastic job.

He has no respect for fans or his players. If that has a shred of truth in it, then it truly makes what he's achieved these past 10 years simply remarkable.

I agree. I do think its time for a change at the end of the season, but he should go with a lap of honor if it was up to me. After everything he's done the lack of respect is disappointing. Can't believe what some of the 'stoke fans' call him.

Couldn't agree more, not a fan of the style of play myself but TP has worked wonders for the club dragging it from the depths of despair and perhaps he has run his course but he certainly doesn't deserve some of the moronic shit dished out on here.
