"I have come in here to do a job as any professional would and I'm ready to give it my all."------A very interesting last line considering what's been happening here. Is that a little side way's dig at Pulis.---- ??? I don't know in what way its a dig at Pulis, think you may be reading to much into it. not a dig at all....earlier Pennant had put on twitter that he was gutted to have to go on loan to wolves so started to get stick from Wolves fans. this was basically a response as he explained that he was simply upset at not playing for HIS club but would still give 100% to Wolves..he was basically digging himself out of a hole with the Wolves fans......JP say the wrong thing on twitter???? whatever next!!!

Dear Tony Pulis, I apologise for calling you a fucking liar in this episode with Jermaine Pennant. H PS and for calling Millsy a half-wit I don't think you have to apologise for overstating Mick's qualifications, Ruby.

theres a pretty straight correlation between flawed people and creative people, which holds true in football. The decision should be made on what they add to the team rather then any high minded puritanical ethic, and id rather see the occasional Pennant in the team then watch 11 lassies aimlessly running around in circles for 90 minutes, no matter how good at bleep tests they may be or how early they go to bed at night Besides which, the Everton issue was coming up to a year ago now. The whole thing seems like another Hoefkens/Lawrence situation to me- If Pulis doesnt like you he cold shoulders you out of the door with a smile on his face, no matter how much he might bang on about talking things out like men when it suits him Lawrence just wasn't good enough at this level and we left him behind during our development. Let's not pretend he was some key creative element to the team after our 1st Prem season. Also I seem to remember him leaving to great fanfare from the Chairman, Manager and players all thanking him and wishing him the best. Lawrence wasn't hard done by in the slightest and I don't recall any cold shouldering. He started our debut PL season and finished it, the only absence being enforced by the dog injury. Let's not lie to push our arguments. If Liam Lawrence wasn't good enough then Walters and Kightly shouldn't be anywhere near the 25, let alone the first team. He was twice the player of both of them.

'Was' being the key word. If he's twice the player of those two he wouldn't be playing in some backwater in Greece and he'd still be in the Ireland squad. As an aside it's amazing how quickly people have written off Kightly.

Our side had the 2nd best record in the league in regards of keeping players fit and playing. And before then they've always done pretty well too. We've taken perennial crocks like Ricardo Fuller, Robert Huth, Eustace, Woodgate, Kightly to name a few and got them playing regularly. But all because of Demba Ba our medical team is shite. Demba-bloody-Ba.

Huddlestone; as far as I know was an issue where we didn't want to get fucked over ala Villa & Jenas where they had to pay his wages until the end of the deal even after he got injured. So not even a 'medical team issue' more 'transfer team'

Demba-bloody-Ba. Thats's strictly not true. Our medical team have historically been pretty poor. Ask Mick Broad. H

Probably not, that bellend's always making shit up. I'm sure Pennant would be tweeting from the treatment table if it were true
