How delightful.
The problem with Stoke-on-Trent isn't the lack of enticing decor. It isn't the lack of a Nando's. It's the serious lack of jobs about the place.
Some of the best people on the planet come from the area (slightly biased I suppose) so it's only fair, when the council hierarchy are consistently taking money off everyone for everything everywhere, and building themselves glorious white elephants, that they give the people something back.
Stoke needs its own Tony Wilson.

A side effect of Cineworld opening is that The Odeon prices have come down to a fiver Odeon is in dire need of a refit. I've been twice in the last couple of months and both times it was 75% empty.I'd imagine the novelty factor of a new rival will have a big impact on it's future

Nice to see they have put some benches in that artist`s impression. I wondered where all the piss heads would be sitting.

Does anyone know if the new Ciniworld will have an Imax screen? Not having one would really negate the need for another cimena in the area.
