Piroe James Harrison Potential Stoke signings!?? This board is brilliant. What world do some people live in!??? You've got to have a dream, if you don't have a dream, how you gonna make a dream come true! That is truly beautiful, I've just had to take a moment to compose myself

Don't know what we don't use some old favourites.
Ricardo fuller city's number10.
Mama mama mama sidibe Mama sidibe sidibe Mama sidibe....would be great to change the name to sol for his son
Steino there's only 1 steino.
Ooh Sheron Ron ron.
One od love to hear going round the stadium (without the words changed) is.. Greenhoff, Greenhoff, Greenhoff to a slowly sung amazing grace tune..
If liverpool can sing about Shankly, paisley, Dalglish etc why can't we be proud of our former heroes.

New Kits

Stoke handled that new Kiln icon so badly! they let people think it was a new crest and multiple news outlets ran with it all clowning us for how basic and bad it was, even on reddit there are over 600 comments on a post about it, THey should of come out from the start and said its a new icon not a crest, they caused confusion. Scfc have no control over what people think, or how people add 2+2 and get 5. Multiple news outlets are not under scfc control they report what they want. Nobody can control what other people do or act we can only control how we react ourselves. Maybe we need to react differently and not get carried away with gossip and assumptions.

I think its a good shirt always like a thicker stripe.
Looking forward to seeing the 2nd n 3rd kits.... and trying to avoid the constant negative group who spent 10+ pages critizing the club and the shirt they'd never even seen.

Foden is a worry for England, very poor indeed. I think when he's out of his comfort zone he's very average. Wouldn't start him for England. Foden is a better player for citeh when haaland doesn't play, whether its a slight change of shape or his role but he scores alot more goals and has alot more impact on a game when haaland isn't there. The same used to happen with gundogan at citeh.

Wayne Rooney's Plymouth will have a tough job staying up next season. Seems a crazy appointment but we will see, Plymouth are a bit better set up than Birmingham Alot of people credited DoF at plymouth as a major part of the success of Lowe and Schumacher. Maybe a stable background will help Rooney out.

So the lads been written off before hes got here (by some) Lets give him a chance eh? It's what our fans do. First it was " it'll be a mate of JW" Then "it'll be a mate of ss" Then "JW will do the job himself"" Now "its back to English plodders " Why people just don't wait to see the result of these decisions before criticising everything the club does.. Yes opinions are welcome but constantly having the most negative of opinions towards everything scfc do is just pathetic before the full picture is known.

We'll see. How do you know that Kompany isn't an elite manager? I agree about the different skill sets though. Many "elite managers" would struggle managing the likes of Burnley. I don't know whether he is or not. He's captained one of the world's most expensive squads so must know a thing or 2 about how to manage egos. As for the elite manager thing - agree it's an awful term - they may struggle, mainly as they may want players to do things they aren't capable of. The other way round is more true - seeing Moyes fail at Man Utd and Potter fail at Chelsea shows how difficult it is if the primadonnas don't think you're worthy of them trying for you. It happens so often with big ego players, I remember when our very own superstars had no respect for a certain Mr Nathan jones

Sir Stan was a complete anomaly of that era, most were packed in by 30 then, the way they train and the progression of sports science allows most player to still preform to a good standard well past 30 Just an example, there's plenty others. Gordon Strachan, Kevin Phillips, Carlos Valderrama, Maxi Rodriguez, Valeron, Costacorta, Pizarro, Rivaldo, Sheringham, Maldini, Totti and Giggs I found after a quick search. All played well into their 30s at least 20 years ago. Don't forget Derek Statham!!

Over 30 English Slow Barely played in the last two years Get ready for the post Jared era. Experienced and in his prime. Doesn’t need to acclimatise to the league and climate. Excellent positioning to compensate for lack of pace. Legs should be fresh after limited game time over last two years. Or.... Past his prime. Only managed 8 starts for leicester last season. Can only play in a back 3. Lack of pace will be exposed in shueys preference of a high defensive line. Legs have gone.

I’ll take JW’s judgement over yours. Yet you probably know absolutely nothing about his judgement. Mind you it pales into insignificance in a country that voted to install Boris Johnson as PM despite a truck load of evidence about his lack of judgement. The same country that's about to vote in a party who not only will scrap the removal of illegal immigrants and replace it with yet another bureaucratic body, who will faff around yet achieve nothing and who just a couple of years ago had Palestinian( controlled by Hamas terrorists) flags flying at their party conference.......yep, your absolutely right the departure of Jared Dublin is insignificant in the greater scheme of what this country is fast Becoming g

Really like Klopp and how his teams play.
Need more like klopp to take on the financial cheats of man city..
How they can be allowed to take another title despite their financial dealings is a disgrace. This should of been arsenals title until city clear their name....if they can.

Yeah, that's irons gesture cut deep and was painful to witness.. The abuse he was getting then he gives it back and so many were like ..I'm so offended Didn't say I was offended.... He was our star player, to see him score for the hammers at our place, tear tymon to pieces when he came one to replace pieters. And yes him giving it back to the boothen was hard to take because we'd lost the best player of our prem years....gutted yes of what we had and lost.. offended no.

When I started watching Stoke Viv Busby was the player that stuck in my mind..solely because he was the only player with a beard. Always takes me back to that era when I hear his name.
Thoughts going out to his family.

His Instagram post reads like he wanted to stay and the club told him there’d be no new contract? Or they weren't prepared to meet his wage demands. Either way, we need better goal return, good luck ty but no tears from me.

Has Vidigal even been that bad a transfer. He cost 350k, scored some goals and been ok. For the money he’s done alright. But people aren’t judging him on that but to the early season form. For the bench he’s fine isn’t he? Plus he wasn't the key winger signing that was Cinquinho from Wolves Videgal if he stays is fine as a squad player Vidigal needs to work on his strength, stamina, and positioning. he's nudged off the ball far to easily and caught out of position when weve not got the ball. Only then can we consider saying he is fine as a squad player. First 11 player or squad player you need these basic attributes, if you haven't got them your gonna be no use coming off the bench.

I don’t get this slagging off of ex loan players Think it was his comments when his loan was coming to an end, the impression came across he wasn't committed to the Stoke cause at the time. Harwood-Bellis recieved no pelters. I remember Harwood-bellis giving the boothen end some grief after soton scored at the 365 earlier in the season. Bet he kept his thoughts to himself yesterday.

The crisis of poverty being suffered in stoke and other similar areas is unprecedented in modern times and is akin to Victorian England. And people voted Tory at the last election! Unbelievably in Stoke. Crazy isn't it, after years of constant labour MPs Stoke on Trent was a flourishing area.!!

...step forward Mr Ricky Martin and his 5 pillars of bulldust.
