The lack of a natural left footer at left back is a problem. Tripper just wants to come onto his right foot all the time. Desperately need Shaw to get himself fit.

This Trent Gallagher midfield is rancid. Not sure what Gallagher is apart from an athlete. Never been impressed by him.

Sack race, space hopper, skipping & egg and spoon are all events that my daughter participated in over the past few years at her primary school, so they’re still going strong.

Real Madrid are such a lucky team. Time after time I watch them and somehow they manage to scrape through games despite the opposition being the better side.
Dortmund could be a couple of goals up but feels like another one of those nights.

I’d be surprised if a team were to bid £12m+ for Burger. Obviously got the potential to be a very good player, but his inability to compete for 90 minutes would surely put off any potential buyers. He’s usually knackered after an hour.
Personally think it’s beneficial for all parties to stay another year & improve further and see where we are in 12 months.

Man City have been really poor, very fortunate to be leading.

As the title says, one I’ve been using has gone downhill recently after being decent for a few years. Can anyone recommend a service? If so, drop me a message. Was that the one pedalled on here by 'Eaton Parker'? Yeah it’s been decent for 2 years, but lack of communication recently, plus quality has decreased.

N’Zonzi Burger Cundle Manhoef Junho Arnautovic
No idea if N’zonzi or Arnautovic are physically Upto it anymore, but on paper is looks like a hell of midfield/attack.

Seems like an awful lot of money. Surely there would be better value with abit of decent scouting.

He hasn't been awful for 36 games, it's just daft mate 😀 Is that 90% of what he’s played? Sounds about right tbh. He’s had a good 4/5 games and been shit for the rest. He’s been excellent for the past 7/8 games (Swansea apart where we were completely off it). He’s a real asset at this level, particularly if the defensive unit is working, plus his partnership with Manhoef has been fantastic.

To be fair we have had times in recent weeks where we have played similarly.
Plymouth, Southampton & West Brom in particular we played some really good stuff. There are definitely signs that we are gelling as an attack.

It would cost us a couple of million to replace him, so it makes perfect sense to keep him, work on him and reap the rewards of that. Or just buy someone who doesn't need to be worked on and who offers a better goal return. We need lots of players to sort this squad out & having Campbell as an option upfront or wide isn’t a bad idea. Finding someone who’s scored/assisted 1 in 3 games at Championship level won’t be cheap. Need to make sure we make the most of our budget.

We have to offer him a contract, whether he signs it or not is another thing.
We have not seen the best off him, but without doubt there is a player there.

I think I will need to replace my car in the coming weeks & was just interested if anyone could recommend a used car dealer? I know very little about cars, don’t really want anything fancy.
I just want a good family car, from a trusted garage/dealer.

A very early contender for nonsense post of the day. Bravo! Commenting with Plymouth game in mind not Cardiff and Swansea away for example. Promising but long way to go. An odd choice of games. He scored away at Cardiff & in both those games we were awful as a whole team. It’s pretty clear to see that he’s a special talent & will play at a higher level than the championship. As for his physicality, it’s one thing that you can’t criticise him for. He’s so much stronger than he looks. The amount of times he looks like he’s potentially going to loose possession & he uses his body (& skill) to somehow retain the ball, it’s impressive. Add the third goal on Saturday & his goal against Middlesbrough as two perfect examples where he was strong as we scored directly as a result. Not sure if you’re on a wind up.

He scores at the beginning and the end of the season. Goes missing for 30+ games when it’s cold. No thanks. He’s been good since the start of March. I like him, he’s a very good attacking fullback. If you have a solid defence & midfield then I think he’d be a real asset, just sometimes his flaws are really exposed when we are open at the back.

He’s a really solid Championship left back, just a shame he’s not 5 years younger. I wouldn’t be offering him a new contract though.

If I was in charge of recruitment for a Premier league club I’d be testing us with a £10m bid in the summer, as in a few years this guy has the potential to be a top player.
20 years old, moved half way across the world, thrown into a shambles of a team & he’s been a revelation.
He’d easily get in a Crystal Palace/Brentford etc squad right now.

I haven’t listened to the podcast, just seen some quotes & it’s all pretty pathetic from the club, just ignore it.
The captain of Stoke, who has scored & assisted a grand total of 2 whilst playing in an advanced midfield role, whilst we sit on perilously close to relegation, is surely expected to get some criticism.
The club & player should accept it & if they feel that it’s so wrong, do the talking on the pitch.

Ha ha what an idiot that Man City fan was who wanted to keep hold of the ball. Delayed Bernardo Silva from taking the penalty, put unnecessary pressure on him & he absolutely fluffed it.

The issue is that we have seen very little if any improvement since he’s been here.
He hasn’t imposed a clear philosophy or way that we play. It seems to be chopping & changes formations, styles & personnel. He had one window where it was pretty clear to everyone that we desperately needed a centre half & left back, yet he was adamant that we were fine. The failure to address this is pretty much why we don’t have a few more points & if we did, we’d be safe by now.
Compare it to Sheffield Wednesday & QPR who changed managers & have had a clear improvement. If he was a top coach, surely we’d have seen something in his time here, but I feel like it’s pretty much the same as his predecessor.
The jury is out & if we limp to safety, then questions do have to be asked. If we go down then there’s no doubt that he should be sacked.

Just had a browse of the Sheff Wed forum and they are saying he was useless. Let us get away with loads apparently.
Other than disallowing the goal (which he’d blown for before it went in) I’m struggling to think of a 50/50 decision that we got in our favour.

I wouldn’t call it weathering the storm. We were all over the place for the first 10 minutes & could’ve been 2-0 down.
We were very fortunate to go in level.

Why is Campbell our best striker? It's like playing with 10. A great assist for the goal though! Not sure Ennis could’ve done it.
