Stop Press: The Krakow Kavaliers (formerly known as the Boskamp Bummers) Celebrate big style in Poland.Although this trip was originally planned as a wake last August, it turned out that the intrepid band of PHW's spent the weekend in Krakow quaffing copious amounts of Polish beer and generally getting bladdered whilst celebrating The Mighty Pulis's amazing feat of keeping Stoke City in The Premier League. As news of the fabulous win against the Mighty Hull City filtered in, the raucous and drunken behavior of the Jubilant KK's drowned out the old watchman's Hejnal bugle call celebrating the Krakovian victory over Ghengis Khan's miserable failure to take the city in 1464. Later in the evening, the magnanimous band of KK's were joined by hundreds of fellow tooreestes and the hypocritical battle cry of "We are Rimmers...I say We are Rimmmmmers..." followed by a rousing chorus of "There's only one Tony Pewlissssss...There's only one Tony Pewwwwwwwwlisssss..." echoed around the city. Grey Man was seen crying in his beer after Pissy Slippers mentioned that the evening would have been better had his interlectewal-giant friend, Victor (Meldrew) Momo, would have loved to have been with us and Winger was wringing his hands in despair that The Hypocritical Bastard, mcf, was not in attendance. Genuine tears were shed because RAF and AndyP were not with us and even the infamous Rimmer, Dr. Norwich Stokie's attendance was sorely missed. Whatever, even though Pissy Slippers' many visits to see if he could see a pissed up GD on a settee floating like a lone turd up the river (much to the relief of the rest of the KK's who could remove their Swine Flu masks for a short while in his absence) were unsuccessful, the evening generally went well. On the hungover morrow, plans were made for the KK's to visit St. Petersburgh next season. The date? Not sure yet, but it will be the penultimate away game which will, no doubt, in the infinite hindsight-wisdom of True Rimmers, be the game that decides if we make a Champions League place. Pulis IS Our King! OS.

some people doubted him and were proved wrong (we're still a Prem side), some people refused to see he could do wrong and were proved wrong (away tactics etc.).
Important thing is that we've stayed up,end of story.
Time to move on now chaps methinks!

OS I nearly sent you and winger a couple of texts after Hull but I'm glad I didn't as it would have been at international rates I then dropped my phone in the bog and only got a new one yesterday (same sim and number though). Good to see that when I looked at the stored messages that I had one from winger with the standard PHW message.

I just stink. You're as big a two-faced-bastard as merkin. 35p a minute, Merk. Greyers spent the weekend pacing around like a caged wolf because he forgot his phone charger and none of us would lend him one. Winger returned early. His lady has him well and truly under the thumb. OS.

Leningrad next for the wankstains is it? They don't like dissidents from the party line there you know. As the great man himself said in 1918
Comrades! You must make example of these people. Hang (I mean hang publicly, so that people see it) at least 100 Pulis haters, rich bastards, and known bloodsuckers. Publish their names. Seize all their grain.
I think I'd rather be in Burnley myself.

'Good to see that when I looked at the stored messages that I had one from winger with the standard PHW message. ' That message will survive nucleer attack, pestilence, swine fever and even the sight of your tiny cock.

There are many PHW on here who should hang their heads in shame and we all know who they are and still coming out with every excuse under the sun to justify their Pulis position. You have all been proved wrong time and time again and no doubt the same old chronies will be on here slating the man next season if we start to have a bad run again. Fuck. We have been rumbled!

mcf, Whilst the PHW were in Poland and RAF in Ikea, the real pro-pulis boys were at the KC with their lads praising the tactical genius that is TP. Steve ps: what the feck was he doing playing shawcross at RB does he know nowt. He should go now before he's sussed at this level

So what MCF (Mis-guided Cat Fucker?) is saying is that there is only one person who could manage Stoke City. This is childish bullshit. I don't know anyone who hates Pulis, some of us would just like to see a touch more style with our substance.
I don't see anything wrong in that. What is wrong is that our style of play occasionally brings my football club into disrepute.

I wondered how long it would be before we had our first 'Lets wait and see what he does next year' post. Magic ;D
growler
I'm sure that that there may be the odd manager floating around that could have got us up. What I'm more interested in is taking the piss out of those that said 'he would ruin the club', never offer anything more than mid table mediocrity, that people didn't want to watch Pulisball etc etc.
They have all been proved wrong. The stadium has been full watching Pulisball for most of this season.
I enjoy laughing at these people as they tried to mock us for thinking that Pulis could actually achieve something for club.
Alternatively, fuck off you Pulis Hating scumbag.
BTW, the cats don't seem to mind.

im just glad that all the bottom half teams were wank this season massive help for us Rubbish. It's got nothing to do with other teams. Stoke have 42 points (and I reckon will end with 45) which is good enough to keep you in a 20 team league any time.

I accept all you say MCF. But most people's opposition when Pulis returned was more related to the strange idea of bringing in someone who would divide the support - which it did. Imagine how bad the fall out would have been if it had gone wrong. Personally, I watch Stoke whichever division we are in and whoever has been in charge (even Ball). I just happen to think that a bit of skill and swgger is important.

It was good to see Sheikh, but how many times have we played with no ambition away from home, just relying on the boot up to Mama?
I just object to being called a wankstain for wanting to see Mr Pulis adopting a more adventurous approach. Are you so insular as to think that all the criticism we have had to withstand has been unwarranted?

Yeah the Whelan who was disappointing last season and under our great leader has gradually played himself back into the team.
You know, the kind of stuff that happens at all football clubs under all managers.

because trapattoni was 'biggin up' whelan wayyyyyyyyyyy before he was a stoke regular

I dont' buy the Whelan was disappointing last season arguement. He has always looked to be our most skilfull midfielder and what we now need is to buy a box to box type player to partner him.

I think if you'd told people this time last year that Whelan would look one of the better central midfielders in the bottom half of the table they'd have laughed at you.
