So after some calming down, sat in the bar discussing where this leads to after 7 years of relatively abject performance , your thoughts on:
Does Walter’s see the end of the season in post? Does Pèlach see Christmas? Does Pelach see the end of the season? What are your expectations now? Where will we finish? Will the club be moving forward as one at the end of the season? ‘As thee got yer brown wings?

Why are we consistently so awfully shit?
I've moved from anger, to apathy, to optimism, back to anger. Now I'm close to apathy again.
Be interesting to see if the hypocrites behind the scenes call for patience if we see another couple of performances and results like that one over the next two games.
We've been patient for 8 f*cking years and were prepared to give Schumacher time.

Does Walter’s see the end of the season in post? No. Does Pèlach see Christmas? No. Does Pelach see the end of the season? No. What are your expectations now? Survival. Where will we finish? 24th if we don't improve. Honestly don't think there's a side worse than us this time around. Will the club be moving forward as one at the end of the season? No.

Does Walter’s see the end of the season in post? Yes. Sacked if we go down though. Does Pèlach see Christmas? It feels a bit Nathan Jonesy to me. I’m going to say no. Does Pelach see the end of the season? No. What are your expectations now? Misery. Where will we finish? Bottom 5. Will the club be moving forward as one at the end of the season? Yes with yet another new vision. ‘As thee got yer brown wings? Yes. 2004.

I think this is the season we finally sink into league 1 after watching last nights complete shambles. We cannot score goals our defence is a complete shit show & the midfield does not look strong enough to compete in this league. Questions need to be asked how a football club with is owned by some of the richest people in the country has become a laughing stock.

Pretty grim reading!!

Does Walter’s see the end of the season in post? Yes, unfortunately.
Does Pèlach see Christmas? Probably not.
Does Pelach see the end of the season? Surely not.
What are your expectations now? Relegation.
Where will we finish? 23rd.
Will the club be moving forward as one at the end of the season? Glenn Whelan will probably be about to start a short stint as manager.
‘As thee got yer brown wings? Hull and many another team will have by the time the season ends.

After a few more losses, I can imagine scenes reminiscent of the 98 Birmingham game.
I feel that we aren’t far from history repeating. JC needs to go.

You can drive yourself mad contemplating this shit, we’ll never know the behind closed doors politics and the inner workings of the club so best not to worry about it too much.
We have a new manager, he has a whole week to get his methods through to the players, and we need some points on the board followed hopefully by a period of consistency. That’s the reality of where we’re at currently…..

he obviously needs more than a week to get his methods over and it's not his fault that he's inherited a physically weak and un fit bunch of players. I think as hard as this all has been for us we have to give him and the players a chance but it won't happen overnight. I think Walters has to be given a chance by people too. He's cleared the deadwood and this is where we are at. So, yes, I think Walters will be here come the end of the season Pelach will be wishing us Feliz navidad Pelach will be here at the end of the season..and beyond I expect to give them time to sort out the fitness, positions, tactics and coaching and hopefully the Players heads Just outside the play offs The Club will move forward as one
I usually am the eternal pessimist but I've decided it's time for positive thoughts and energy. I don't know how many others are willing to but I think we have to try as we'll drag the players down even further and the new Coaching set up with them.

It was the best of times, it was the worst of times, it was the age of wisdom, it was the age of foolishness, it was the epoch of belief, it was the epoch of incredulity, it was the season of Light, it was the season of Darkness, it was the spring of hope, it was the winter of despair, we had everything before us, we had nothing before us, we were all going direct to Heaven, we were all going direct the other way--in short, the period was so far like the present period that some of its noisiest authorities insisted on its being received, for good or for evil, in the superlative degree of comparison only

If not, I don't think we will just be relegated I've got a feeling we'll finish bottom.
The situation is that serious

One game and he'll be out by Christmas? If he'd won yesterday when would he be out by? Exactly. If Schumacher had presided over that performance yesterday the calls for a new manager would have been gaining some real traction. It really has been piss poor all season especially the second halves of games and looking at the table tonight it suggests our only narrow wins were against teams who look like they will be fighting it out at the bottom. Yet Narcis has to turn this all around in one game or we are nailed on for relegation and he will be sacked by Christmas. Maybe when we look back we will see that taking action this early in the season was a good thing. Maybe or maybe not but it was shit before last night and it was shit again last night in a new manager’s first game after spending only 48 hours with the players. There’s a lot of pant wetting on here but the club are at least recognising that performances have been unacceptable so far this season and they were also mainly unacceptable last season save for the last few weeks of the season. The situation is that serious . . . or alternatively, the new manager will get his philosophy and ideas across with Pearson and Lawal coming in to reinforce the team who show a gradual improvement to finish in a play-off place followed by beating WBA in the Wembley final. If Carlsberg did fantasy’s.

Well if we win at Middlesbrough 3-1 next Saturday then no doubt we will have ridiculous posts on here claiming we are going up as equally ridiculous as the posts now that claim that not only are we going down but will finish bottom!
