I really don't understand why he doesn't just employ someone who knows what they are doing to run the club for him. Ie someone who has done it before at this level with some semblance of success. That’s what he thought he was doing with Tricky Ricky & now Egomaniac Jon. In comparison to this prick, Tricky was a success. And that's saying something. |

I feel now its really time they sell up. Football has moved on now. Sadly John decisions making with others have not worked out. This club has struggle badly
since going down to the Championship. No improves what so ever made has it.

I know football is a ruthless business but the way Coates and Walters knifed Schumacher in the back by clearly having Pelach lined up for so long doesn’t sit right with me at all. It is no wonder the club has got a reputation for being toxic if that is how senior leadership conducts themselves IMO.

We really need to question his role.
Hes completely changed the way the club is ran almost every season for the last 5 years.
We had the football operations board of himself (why?!), MON & Cousins.
We’ve had tricky Ricky and Alex Neil.
We’ve got Walters now.
We’ve gone through umpteen recruitment heads, managers, head coaches, coaching staff etc.
All in such a short space of time. He’s literally incapable of picking a system and sticking with it.
Until he either stops fucking around or fucks off completely we don’t stand a chance.
He’s fucking clueless.

He needs to eat humble pie and to hire external football consultants to assess the club from top to bottom, then follow their recommendations on everything including their shortlist for DoF. The idiot doesn't do any of that and just employs whoever talks a good talk to him, often down the pub. Coupled with him being a multimillionaire who has made his fortune through his family exploiting the vulnerable, I have no sympathy at all for him when millions rely on food banks to get by. If he didn’t own Stoke, I wouldn’t piss on him if he was on fire. My dog’s IQ is higher. I do hope he puts the club up for sale sooner rather than later. |

I’m sure Pelachs name was mooted prior to SS getting the job, given the amount of manager searches we’ve had the last 5-7 years it’s likely he was already on the clubs radar! He might have even interviewed for the job previously! |
