You could equally aim that at those who have nailed their colours to the mast about Pelach and Walters though, who were far more vocal when we got 6 pts from his first 7 games than they have been after we’ve got 8 pts from the last 4 games…. I honestly don’t think anyone has nailed their colours to the mast about either Walters or Pelach. From what I can see it’s predominantly wait and see. I think the vibes and noises from in the club are largely positive but the stuff on the pitch is still very much a work in progress. That said, this is still not really Pelachs team. He needs at least two windows and a decent pre season before we can say it’s even remotely his team. There were quite a few on here after Pelachs 1st 2 games had made their mind up and were posting absolute shite .They seem to have gone back into the woodwork at the moment but I should imagine will soon be back after a couple of losses

It somehow feels like we’ve improved even though results have got worse.
I guess it’s that we’ve drawn games we’d previously have lost but that makes no sense either. Maybe we’ve also drawn games we’d previously have won.
I’m still not convinced to be honest.

I just don’t like the reaction to him and like I said I think in a lot of cases it’s for unsavoury reasons. Such as?

Yeah rattled. You take this stuff in your stride normally but you seem to be letting it get to you. Tinner worth it. I just don’t like the reaction to him and like I said I think in a lot of cases it’s for unsavoury reasons. I'm pretty in much agreement about our future prospects with the new HC but maybe folks didn't like your reaction to our former HC and think it was unsavoury

The only agenda is from the Bayern haters - he's spot on with this one. Schumachers sacking and Pelachs appointment was met with derision and hostility on here. So far he's done a good job under extreme pressure and we do look a more unified team than under Schumacher and the football is more entertaining too, especially at home.

Where’s all this derision and hostility to Pelach!!?? I’m genuinely confused. I haven’t seen any of that. Can you point some out please?

I actually really like the manager. He came in after a difficult appointment with Schumacher given the boot etc.
He's got us playing decent football, I can actually see patterns of play developing. Something we didn't have much of under the last few managers.
The squad seem really together. They are constantly running and fighting for the shirt. Something that we haven't seen much of in the last 8 years.
I'm enjoying watching us again. Yes it's not perfect. But I can see progress. If not for appalling refereeing we'd be 4 points better off now and not far off the playoffs.
Work in progress. Let's get behind the manager, the players certainly are.

I just don’t like the reaction to him and like I said I think in a lot of cases it’s for unsavoury reasons. Such as? he thinks because NP is foreign that most of us doesn’t like him , he forgets that most on here were calling for a foreign manager for last few years , but Bayerns a soft leftie so doesn’t surprise that it’s about race with him

Results are fine, he seems really decent and very driven. Like Jones! 😂 I’m worried about the chances we give up but solidity should improve with time.
I was interested he said what he did about not wanting an excuses culture at the club re the disallowed goal. It’s a good thing but he did complain re the Millwall non pen a fortnight ago…
‘Needing two windows’ can jog on though. We’re supposed to have a DoF now with an overarching vision, and a top coach. The squad should be capable of finishing top half very comfortably if it’s all like we’ve been told it is? Of course we will try to improve each window (players are phoning and asking to join according to Sentinel) but our current wage bill is certainly top 10 (7?) and it’s the management team’s job to get them earning their corn.

It's a work in progress but there is definitely the best feel we've had around the club since Hughes was here. He's definitely bringing a sense of togetherness from within the club. The reality is he's got an incredibly young, inexperienced side of fairly average championship players so there is only so much he can do at the moment.
If we can finish top 12 this year then that is unquestionable progress.

And indeed making it so shows that they are the problem.
