I’m not prepared to write him off yet but we cannot continue to give up the number of chances that we currently are in pretty much every game. It is nice to have luck, and a bloody good goalie on our side for a change though. Write him off ?? He's doing great. 1.27 points per game is not great |

He isn’t but he’s got no other option has he? You can’t play Stevens in every game sadly. We need a left back in January for sure. I just think the overall trajectory looks better. The players look fitter and are playing for the manager. I like that he’s sticking with what he believes. I hope he’ll fuck Wilmot and Gibson off soon. He could have "fucked Wilmot off today". Away against bottom of the league and a selection you would have absolutely crucified the previous manager for. You were also on record stating it would take the whole season to get the players up to the required fitness, 10 games later a magic wand has been waved. I agree with a lot you say, but on this you really are coming across a troll. He could but he’ll switch the full backs for the home game won’t he? Which makes sense. I wouldn’t have crucified him for it in his first 6-8 games. If Pelach bottles it then I will give him the same treatment. He hasn’t. If he shows cowardice then I will. Write him off ?? He's doing great. 1.27 points per game is not great Statistics maybe not... But spirit, teamwork, fitness and general play (in my opinion) has improved. Like the bloke and hope that him and SJW can bring some much needed optimism to the Club. |

The players seem to really like him and have clearly bought into what he's trying to do, which is worth a lot.
I didn't see the game today, but it sounds like we conceded a fair few chances again and seem to be riding our luck.
Can't really complain while we're climbing the table and picking up results, but I can't get excited about what I've seen so far. The next two home games will be interesting. A team we should certainly be looking to beat, and a team who're bound to be right up there.

I’m over him fella, no issue with Schumacher going if we’d someone better than Norwich’s assistant manager waiting in the wings. In no way do we look more of a team under him. We are a goalkeeping injury away from some significant defeats. Look at the stats in FullerMagic’s post, we’ve gone from not particularly good to absolutely shite. I just disagree. We look loads better. I don’t believe in xg so there is that 🤣 I agree. We look loads more like a team than we have done for years. According to XG we’re over performing but I think we’ve probably got about 5 points less than we should have in terms of the games themselves. Carry it on and we’ll be top 10 easy. |

With h half his first team unavailable/not quite fit (Stevens, Lawal, Burger, Moran, Gallagher) and Gooch and Pearson not on the bench, and without a good tight back, he is doing really well to get results. Letting a team have 15 shots from outside the box if not an issue. We scored two and made the better chances. |

Could this be a case of stats not always telling the full story?
For all the bad optics on chances against, xg against, it seems we mostly let teams have half chances, knowing we have a great shot stopper in goal. Even Blackburn was a case of giving them a bunch of quarter to half chances, but we actually had more clear cut chances imo.
