My God! At those prices do you also get ownership shares? If not, it's a ripoff.
Edit: Really gouging the wheelchair patrons - that's sickening.

Disgusting way to treat their fans on top of a ST rise aswell. Think £40-£60 would be fair, or a 4 game package for £120-£150. You'd want the ground rocking, 1st time in 40 years is it? And fans being fleeced. Massive own goal from above.

shitty death, who are they playing, the topless Dallas Cheerleaders (joke)
That's ridiculous, I hope the ground is empty for that insult to the fans.

Eight quid knocked off for squaddies in wheelchairs.
Before anyone wets their pants and misreads my sarcasm, I have a friend who is a squaddie who lost both legs attempting to neutralise a landmine.

I bet the armed forces are delighted at those savings. You've dodged bullets and mines (or maybe you didn't), but hey ho, there's no saving.

Compared to seeing some blokes with fake walks and accents who are such Hellraisers that they stick 2 fingers up at cameramen when behind their minders ...pretty reasonable

I know it’s difficult and in reality is unlikely to happen but the Villa fans need to stay away from these games - otherwise those prices will become their new normal.
God knows what they’ll attempt to charge them in the knockout rounds if they end up selling out these games.

UEFA announces reduced ticket prices caps for visiting fans in men's club competitions....
Starting with the 2024/25 season, the maximum ticket prices for away fans will be €60 in the UEFA Champions League, €40 in the UEFA Europa League and €20 in the UEFA Conference League. This will be further reduced in the 2025/26 season to a maximum price of €50 in the UEFA Champions League, €35 in the UEFA Europa League and still €20 in the UEFA Conference League.

This country is becoming beyond a fucking joke…..the greed that propels it is sickening. The problem is,we go ahead and pay a la Oasis tickets etc They blame Brexit and the war in Ukraine but having spent 18 days in Italy and paying no more than 2 euros for a coffee in central Siena,1.50 for a big Moretti in Lidl ,4 for a wine at a “posh” opera ,where also a beer was about 2.50…..and a really decent meal with drinks was never more than 20 euros a head! I get back here and a bog standard Thai meal with a fucking Coke was £30…!Im now refusing to pay over £2 for a coffee, they can go fuck themselves. I know this rant isn’t footy related but just an example of how massively ripped off we are getting in the UK.

Truly disgraceful.
The champions Lge is slowly morphing into the European Super LGE that nobody wanted except the greedy top clubs.
And this would have been one of the consequences. Total disregard and disrespect for the footballing supporters.

Aston Villa posted a loss of £120m for the 2022/23 accounting year, Hardly surprising the ticket cost. Surprised they aren’t facing sanctions.

I’ve never known Stoke to do an armed forces discount on match tickets.

Villa fans are a good bunch and deserve so much better than that shit. Having said that if it was us in that position I would pay it but because I'm daft when it comes to Stoke more than anything.

But at least when you come to pay the price won’t have tripled in the meantime. I heard this morning on the radio that there's talk of the football match prices being tied to, & raising, on the day, as the demand grows. As seen with the Oasis tickets. The clubs were being warned that this would create a mass protest of supporters.

I'm almost glad that I am getting to the age where I will stop going, & I've been a S.T. holder for over 60 years. It will only get worse, as they are looking after them at the top of the tree.

Maybe they have a more military background than I've heard of?

Jesus Christ, that is scandalous. Like the Oasis ticket saga, nothing can be that good to make those prices worth paying. I wouldn’t even pay half that to go to a game, maybe as an absolute one off for a World Cup final with England in it or something.
Wank.
