Sounds an exciting signing! We all know the history of first-time loans etc but it’s not a given he’ll struggle as suggested. Plus whereas delap, philogene, Clarke etc were largely expected to be huge contributors when they came in. There will be less pressure on koumas with junho and manhoef already here. It means koumas can find his feet and be rotated with them both/be an impact finisher off the bench! Great signing. Well done recruitment team and welcome to stoke Lewis 🙌

I asked a Norwegian Lpool fan who follows Lpool closely and he says this is a player that hasn't stood out in the youth games he has watched. Anyway, he also says Koumas is very direct in his tyle of play, but from what he says I get the impression Koumas hardly is a player for the first 11 yet.  Ah well, if your Norwegian mate says he is shit, then he must be eh? Damn that stellar Liverpool academy, the club giving him a new contract and investing in the player. What do they know eh? Anyway, he also says Koumas is very direct in his tyle of play, but from what he says I get the impression Koumas hardly is a player for the first 11 yet. Undoubtedly an exciting signing. Young lad though. First proper foray into "mens" football. Will probably need a bit of time and patience. Whether he gets that or not from our lot..... Every loan has it's risk, some work and some don't. It's down to our recruitment team to ensure they take players who fit the style of play SS wants. A direct wide left forward seems a very good description of what we need, so let's get behind the lad. |

Well there are a few negative remarks but I wasn't really saying anyone wasn't getting behind him, especially not you. It was a general piece of advice to anyone reading, that an 18 year old will more likely succeed with fans on his side and not ones who groan at anything that doesn't come off from the lad. |
