No blame for any of those goals on the keeper yesterday you not watched them then

I’m a little bit surprised by the level of criticism aimed at Johansson.
Keepers rarely keep hold of the type of shots he parried yesterday but for me the 1st goal the 3 defenders immediately in front of him, who didn’t react at all, are much more at fault.
For the 2nd the parry away is adequate and Bocat simply has to do better than the completely fudged clearance we saw. I wouldn’t agree with anyone who says he should have held onto it.
The 3rd takes a blatant deflection and I don’t blame him for that one either.

You will not get a better keeper as a bottom half Championship side, or probably in the Championship full stop. He will save us far more than he costs us thats a fact. Two games in and the knives are out for some.

Rotheram let in 89 goals last season. Just sayin. That's a very daft and simplistic way of looking at it. Just sayin. Not simplistic. Realistic.

Just sign the keepers who let in the fewest goals and sign the strikers who score the most goals. Simples. For some reason Stoke don't seem to understand this logic. JUST SAYIN!!!!!!

Can't see what the problem is.

I watched the game and thought the defence let us down more than he did. Yes he parried shots but as has been mentioned most do that. He made some mistakes but let’s have it right, he wasn’t the issue compared to the outfield players.

Football is indeed a very simple game but you're oversimplifying it. If you think that Johansson is at fault for Rotherham conceding as many as they did then that's silly. Teams that concede a high number of goals have issues across the pitch. You defend as a team, it's not the fault of a single player. If you think that it's as simple as signing the keepers that concede the least and signing the strikers that score the most then that's very silly. Especially when we're a bottom half Championship club that's constrained by FFP. It really isn't "simples". Just sayin.

There was a shot 1st half he parried out which was straight at him and should've caught. Hopefully he just had a bad day at the office, if not Bonham will be back before we know it.

It's a team game, and the team weren't very good.
Individually and collectively they ALL need to do better. That said, two games in so we shouldn't be panicking

He also made a good save that stopped them scoring a free header from six yards out, the one that go cleared off the line, yet no one seems to be mentioning that 🤔 I don't think he was all that bad at all just unlucky.

Johannson has been a huge disappointment so far.Dont rate him at all. With him and Bonham we have a very weak goalkeeping department

I think it's still a bit early to judge to be fair, he was definitely at fault last week but I dont think so this week
Here's hoping anyway

He hasn't though has he, many seem to be going way over the top with his Watford performance and he was fine against West Brom.

We need a consistent shape in front of him before we can judge.
The defence and goalkeeper looked pretty solid as a unit against Coventry.
Since then the manager has gone back to inverted full backs.
Pick a lane.

Think just not started well.
Ask any Rotherham fan, he was their best player and kept them conceding cricket scores weekly.
Not worried about him, more worried about others.

Being the best player at a relegated team is not necessarily a great recommendation. So far he has been useless, we need better

Let's not jump on his back just yet.
Hes slightly exposed by the lack of protection in front of him.
At times teams go through us like its men versus boys. Overloads all over the place.
I don't think he can do anything about either goal yesterday. Especially the 1st. I'd maybe have to watch the 2nd again, but it looked like a tidy finish in the bottom corner.
Both goals were the result of pathetic defending, with numerous players not even carrying out their basics properly. Difficult to watch.

I think it's still a bit early to judge to be fair, he was definitely at fault last week but I dont think so this week Here's hoping anyway At fault for the first goal in the sense that he is too small to be a top keeper . As a result of his being too small he flapped at the cross and didn’t deal with it . The fact is Bonham would as he is several inches taller . Sad fact is Bonham is the best keeper we have on the books by a country mile

Of all our recent keepers I think Travers made me feel more at ease. Not saying he’s better or worse than the others, I just felt more relaxed with his game.

Got slated on here though, as he wasn’t prime Buffon 🤣 Just seemed to do the job in a calm understated manner. I think all of Johannson, Iversen, Bonham, Sarkic have had the kamikaze streak that just makes me think they’re an accident looking for somewhere to happen.

First goal aside, I thought VJ was fine yesterday
Even on the first goal, having watched it back Im undecided. On the face of it it doesnt look great or was it just a really good/lucky cross? Not sure
