What next for these guys? All of them have looked useful at certain points but Schumacher seems to have all but spelt the end for them at Stoke. As well as looking useful all have been poor at other times but, again, we are a team of few goals leaving 3 players who could help in that area essentially rotting on the bench. We may as well have Sidibe on the bench in place of one of them.
They've probably had an hours worth of football between them since January, which can't help if and when we do need to call on them. What is their situation? Just there to fill the bench a throw on in desperation of kill the game? It can't be much fun being one of those three at the moment.

I wouldn't like to guess how many players in the 18 will be here next season, even assuming we stay up.
Iversen- no Rose - maybe McNally - no Wilmot - not guaranteed
Hoever - no Laurent - not guaranteed Pearson - not guaranteed Baker - not guaranteed
Gooch -yes Bae - hopefully Campbell - no
Bonham - probably Thompson - no, as it stands Manhoef - yes Ennis - yes Mmaee - probably not Cundle - no Vidigal - no Haks - no Leris - probably not
Wesley - no Johnson - no Stevens - no Burger - hopefully

Looks like Johnson and Wesley have been completely banished because I didn’t see either arrive yesterday which is unusual for both when they’re not involved.

Warnock in 'til the end of the season there - and an emotional return for Schuey trying to get them out of League One again

There's only 4 you'd be upset if they left, Burger, Bae, Manhoef and Junior??
That leaves 7 starters to find to 'push on'!
Goalkeeper 2 centrebacks left back two number 8's left wing Forward
Yes I know that's 8! 😅
Depressing isn't it!

Both the Summer and January transfer windows were a shambles and those involved can’t be anywhere near recruitment again.

Any one involved in last year’s recruiting should be gone by now, to give time for the new team to identify targets.
We’ve got to get ahead of this, its been killing us since 2012.

Maybe it's time we looked abroad for a manager, if SS doesn't ultimately work out?. Did Webber recruit both Farke & Wagner and a large quantity of Norwich's decent overseas signings?.

Vidigal’s start has probably just about justified his purchase.
Leris has been very disappointing; he does at least seem to care.
Haksabanovic has shown nothing at all. No talent, no effort, no interest; no point.
Wouldn’t be surprised to see him without a club in the summer. If he was free and prepared to play for nothing, I still think he’d struggle to get a squad place at any pro English club.

I think he'll stay. Hak another waste of a loan. Vidigal only cost a few hundred thousand. You'd think a club in Portugal would have him back now for the same barring we haven't stuck him on stupid wages. The rebuild this summer will be as big as the last.

All the above makes it more important that we get a DOF in, who has experience of handling these sort of rebuilds/recruitment. SJW's CV is just not at that level, any sane forward thinking Chairman would know this. We desperately need good football men in and around Coates Jnr. He obviously loves the club, but needs help running it. There are lots of good things going on behind the scenes, Simon King I think all would agree is a success, it's the rest that need a shake up.

pretty sure the powers that be said there would be few transfers end of season, financially looks like we are stuck with most of what weve got, if we do manage to stay up its going to be more of the same shite next season with this squad.
