But playing away to Leeds as an example, you are generally not going to see much of the ball. In those games Cundle has zero effect I’m pretty content for us to just set out to rip the opposition a new one every game and see how it pans out. Slightly more nuanced than my own preference. We had less than 35% of the ball vs Southampton away with Cundle in the team and won. |

Help me out Bayern. Can you describe what makes him “wank”? Like he’s top end championship for expected assists, expected goals, progressive carries, tackling, key passes, passes into the penalty box and more. Slightly cavalier with his passing so he loses it a bit more than a lot of midfielders and he also is small so doesn’t win many headers, but that’s about it? If we could sign him for the reported £1.5m it amazes me w we haven’t already. In fairness, I’m normally pro-player but he’s right. If it’s the Cundle from April on then great deal, but he wasn’t great to begin with. Then again… neither was the whole team. I read somewhere, could have been on here so probably not true, that when Cundle came in the senior midfielders already felt there were sufficient midfielders in the squad and felt threatened by him so cold shouldered him and wouldn't pass to him. There had to be a clear the air talk from Schumaker. It's difficult to play well when you are not being given the ball. |

In those games Cundle has zero effect Agree there are games when you have to be defensive but I disagree that Cundle doesn't fit then. He buzzes around putting players on the ball under pressure and kicking it if they miscontrol. He has quick feet and his one touch passes and movement are a great asset when we are under pressure. He is great with Bae, Million and hopefully Hoever for quick breaks. |

Everyone was struggling, It was a newly assembled squad trying to learn about each other. In a more stable environment you would expect him to be more consistent Where is the stable environment? We replaced nearly the whole team last summer, normally clubs sign a few players at a time not a squad. We had a team full of players that didn't know a lot about each other what each other's strengths and weaknesses are, they also didn't have a pre-season together. I would say that was pretty unstable |
