Very very lucky that it’s this season they have been docked the points because they should easily stay up this season with pap like Burnley, Sheffield United and Luton around

Should have been last season. The Crocodile awaits. They'll survive. No one else will be charged and the Premier league will be seen to have done something.

Very true Talk of Burnley and court action now why would Burnley take legal action? I guess to do with Everton staying up after breaking the rules at their expense

Is that all? What has been happening behind the scenes there is as bad as it gets although Newcastle and Chelsea are arguably just as bad. It will still be Luton, sheff u and Burnley that are relegated

So they’ve had a punishment that means instead of certainly not qualifying for Europe but staying in the Premier League they certainly don’t qualify for Europe but stay in the Premier League.

How shit the foot of the league is this season wouldn't be surprised if a point a game from here on would see them safe with room spare. The only wildcard is what happens when Kompany gets punted and Burnley start playing survival football instead of whatever the fuck it is he's trying at the moment.

The Guardian...Leeds Leicester Burnley all planning legal action
"Everton were referred to the commission after an audit of Premier League clubs’ financial records for the 2021-22 season. Last year Burnley and Leeds wrote to the Premier League to question whether Everton had broken the rules after they recorded losses of £371.8m over the last three years. Everton have always denied wrongdoing.
Under Premier League rules, clubs are allowed to lose a maximum of £105m over three years – and clubs who break its profitability and sustainability rules (PSRs) can be fined or deducted points."
Seems difficult to come to any conclusion, other than they broke the rules.

Quite simply, the Premier League, have timed Everton's points deduction to ensure that they don't go down and the effect is minimal.
They have waited until Everton, have got in an experienced manager ( Dysche) , a few decent results, a bit of form and then give them a points deduction, measured to give them every chance of staying up .
Nice to have friends in high places.

Man City obviously put enough money in the right pockets. Definitely One minute they have got Darius Vassel and ched Evans up front. The next minute, Robinho and Aguero . Nothing fishy there ! Happens all the time!

But somehow they'll avoid anything. They'll be protected i reckon and their clever lawyers will ensure it goes away. They've obviously controlled the media as we never hear a peep about it nowadays. Total joke.

The whole FFP thing needs canning anyway. Wouldn't do us any harm if it was of course.
