Henderson, do me a fucking favour. It's bloody ridiculous. Who would you have? Someone has to shadow Declan Rice Phillips playing now at West Ham but not well Longstaff? Meh Struggling to think of any alternative for that specific role Gallagher ahead of Ward Prowse makes zero sense No Alexander-Arnold, is he injured?

Curtis Jones, one for the future, try him out in the friendly. James Ward Prowse, and you always got the extra with his set pieces.

I thought Gordon was injured, seems odd?
Glad for Branthwaite and Palmer, both having excellent seasons.
Really surprised Jones hasn't been given the nod in the absence of Philips.

On a serious note, does anyone actually know what the issue is with Ben White. Well, the answer is no but could it be some kind of mental problem? It would be helpful if he came out and gave his reasons

What makes you think we should be winning every tournament we enter? The squad in 2018 had lost to Iceland the previous tournament. He got them to a World Cup semi-final. We had Danny Rose at full-back.

Not having a look at some fullbacks is pathetic really. Further- you’ve got Loftis Cheekmperforming exceptionally well for Milan and he gets ignored. Solanke has been excellent all season but Toney is straight in there. Mainoo is worth a look. Conor Gallagher is as average as they come. On a positive note pleased to see Branthwaite- who looks the real deal- called up.

The Ben White situation is really confusing. There’s something going on we don’t know about. He seems a strange one but Southgate has said it’s nowt to do with the rumoured fall out with Steve Holland. Why did he come home from the WC? Weird.

I think he’s been having an affair with Kate Middleton😉 He’s been excellent, it’s a real shame he’s refusing but there is something amiss and until it’s made public I think his wishes should be respected

Ben White is the English Bernd Schuster. Undoubtedly very good. Undoubtedly offers a lot to the team. Also, undoubtedly prickly. Undoubtedly difficult to get on with. Undoubtedly unsettles a squad. He can run his career alby whatever agenda he chooses. But he could end up with some serious regrets.

He’s not just having a good season. That said unless he was playing CB regularly it’s nothing to worry about. We have a raft of excellent right backs. Also it’s his choice, leave him to it.
