9m euros or 8m gbp seems very low. They should be asking far more. Agreed. We all knew there was gonna be interest in him. And nobody can blame him for being enticed by the move (if that bit is true) but that fee just seems quite a bit too low

This seems to be the youtube video, from a big Korean football channel 'Dalsune Live' with over 600,000 subscribers , they're referencing.
If you put the subtitles on, they do mention "requiring a club record" and " 9m euros". No idea if they're regarded as reliable news breakers

this is not good at all. If we hang on for more money, we could have a player who's head has been turned and doesn't play as well now, because he wants CL football? If this is true, it seems like Feyenoord have out us in a very awkward position.

Simple as, £20+ mil and a huge sell on clause to boot, there isn't a better 20 year old in the league. If not he stay and just gets his move in Jan or the summer

€12 mil with a large sell on clause.

Let's face it, Feyenoord are acting no differently to how we would act in their position, or have done in the past. What's galling is the lurking sense that they are going to have our pants down on the fee. For every Souttar (we did well on that I think) there is a Wimmer, or several Wimmers, in our past.
Trying to think why E9m is deemed adequate (if it's even true) for SCFC, when we have a player who is clearly great.
1 Hasn't delivered TONS yet in terms of goals etc. 2 We make a very quick return of around 4x what we paid, releasing money for two v good players? 3 He could get injured and be worth nothing. 4 We're idiots.

€12 mil with a large sell on clause. I would imagine it will be around that Once a players head is turned there’s no point in trying to keep him

It's where we are in the pecking order at the moment. If he goes, he goes. That's the model - buy low and sell high.

Got to be crossed wires with this talk of 9m euros. It's just far too low for rich Champ clubs to accept for players with 3 yrs left on their deal, with his potential, in any environment.
Maybe they're referring to their club record currently being that - and Stokesaying it'll take more than that.
Which could mean considerably higher?
Unless there is a clause of some sort which we're requiring them to meet?

9M would be the most they've paid for 20+ years. It's starting to smell like he's a goner and we're ultimately going to get stiffed.

Makes the most sense to stick here til at least January - if he continues on his trajectory he'll do a lot better than Feyenoord and we'll get a bigger fee.
This one doesn't make sense for anyone.

We absolutely don't need to sell, if we get one more year of Jun ho, his price will double. Of all our players, he's the one I love watching.

Clubs like Feyernoord have a transfer structure and stick to it. They aren’t suddenly going to break their current transfer record by doubling it on someone who has had one season in the championship and statistically not outstanding.
There’s no way they are going to spend more than 8-10 million Euros on Junho.
So it then becomes a case of does anyone else come in for him and if not can we convince him to stay here for another season?
I hate to say it but Feyernoord look like a very good fit for him as the next stepping stone. And it’s a worst case type scenario for us in terms of transfer fee. We need a Crystal Palace or Fulham type club to come in for him.

I’m not sure, this itself will be a great stepping stone for him. If he does well there, he could be in the PL in a years time.

If there is interest stoke need to come out and say so, as said above interesting if he features tonight or "picked up a slight knock"... if he goes he goes not very good to only be here one season would hope he would be more grateful to us that we give him his chance, but if he does go it better not be for peanuts...

If he has a brain, he stays for 1 more season then can go for 20mil plus at the end of the season to the premier league.

If he has a brain, he stays for 1 more season then can go for 20mil plus at the end of the season to the premier league. Or he can play in the champions league, double his wages and win Dutch trophies in a competitive league …..then one year later get his ultimate dream move We can’t offer him what Feyenoord can ….they are a huge club

Pretty certain I saw an interview he did recently where he said he wanted to be in the Champions League asap.
I do think he wouldn't be the type to kick up a stink, though, especially if we come to a verbal agreement about letting him leave next summer, which basically seems inevitable anyway.

I don’t understand people thinking he would stay when there is this interest. Champions league then move on in 12 months. Easy. Hopefully we get 10 mil + substantial sell on clause.

He's going be on the Radar of top prem team no doubt, a few seasons in the champ never did Eze, Bowen or Watkins any harm, young players sometimes guilty of rushing their careers. Would hate if Jun ho made the move and it took his career off track, it's inevitable that we lose him at some point but can't help but think Feyenoord wouldn't be a great move for him, They've just changed their manager after Slot went to Liverpool, there best player last year has just gone to Brighton after he returned to castle after his loan. Think it may hinder his progress more than help him
