Some good points on this thread but the bottom line is he's simply not good enough,no potential at all to make it Shocking waste of £2m which is entirely the previous recruitment regimes fault, specifically Jared who pushed for it when all the scouts had said no, not the players Pretty sure it was just £1M, but where did you get that Jared overruled the scouts? |

From what I saw of him he looked very scrawny and physicality is such a big thing especially in the championship. Chuck in a young lad, new country, new culture a club that was all over the place. Hopefully this is an opportunity for him to regain some form and fitness and comes back better for it. In the grand scheme of things it isn’t a massive amount of money however it would be good if we could turn it around for him more than anything. Agree, the most important thing is how it works out for the lad personally. I just hope it goes well for him, whichever club he ends up at. |

It was £1m What evidence do you have of Jared overriding scouts? Every single bit of your post is bollocks! |

All the translated articles show €1.4m. (As selling clubs tend to maximise the value of their transfers it is probably likely that includes add-ons for appearances etc.) The other early UK posts say €1.1m plus add-ons. As it seems highly unlikely that any add-ons will have been paid, the fee would seem to have been between €1.1m and €1.4m, most likely €1.1m |
