Seems a plausible rumour.
Didn't realise he's two footed . There can't be that many pro's , who are quick and two footed ( not at Stoke anyway!)
Didn't realise Colchester u21 coach is Matty etherington .
Be interesting to see where he goes.
Given that he is in the league 2 team of the year for 22-23 , can play RB RWB LB and LWB and is only 19 , I would imagine he is going somewhere higher than league 2.

He is basically an outstanding prospect. If he was performing like this in League One he would have been snapped up by Leicester or a similar club. He appears to be the quintessential RWB, and no reason at all he couldn’t adapt to the Championship. He has played several games in a back four too, so he’s adaptable. If Stoke pull this off, then along with the Pearson signing things would be coming together (though still lots of work to do). |
