I'd rather sign up Bae and develop him for ourselves than loan this lad and develop him for someone else. Absolutely, loan signings are there for a temporary push. And whilst they can definitely be useful in that we should be encouraging the permanents to make their place in the team their own.

I don't mind loans if they are solid starters who improve the 11 and are an asset. Like Hoever. But when it comes to loaning players like delap or this lad I don't see the point in babysitting them for little return.

Agreed, we’re been forced into the loan market last few years but now we don’t need to rely on it so much

Just heading back from Brighton and popped in to see a mate at the Amex. He's very well thought of, needs a development loan but given our business so far he thinks it's too early to establish himself in a team like ours.
I'm not sure there is an upside for us just at the moment with everything else going on.

I used to work with a bloke from Tipperary, couldn't understand a word he said.

I'm from Ireland and I don't understand Tipperary either(Shane Long being one). Moran is very promising and would have been good for us but with little or no hope of keeping him at the end of the season.

This would be instead of Cundle you’d think. How did he do last year? Was it Preston he went?

Wouldn't mind this.
I think i'd still prefer Cundle (if its the Cundle we saw when he settled and was used right)..but Moran is another really good option
