A year out on loan will still do him good, especially if Schumacher thinks our midfield depth is going to be too much for him to get regular game time. |

Highly unlikely Sidibe goes out on loan before he turns eighteen. He’s still legally a child and safeguarding regulations these days mean he’d have to use separate changing rooms and that sort of thing. |

I'm surprised at the openness of fans to this link considering from attacking positions he only managed 2 goals all season for Blackburn last year...
I don't know him very well so haven't got an opinion on him but from the general feeling on here over this Summer, unless you have been banging them in then people aren't happy we're linked.
He basically has far less output than Bae last season and Bae had been playing for about 20 months straight and people complain about his output.
Weird standards.

Fair play, as I said I haven't really noticed him since the links to him last Summer. Hopefully if we do get him then we've done it better this time than when we got all of Delap, Bidace and Clarke a season too early. I dont really know what the plan is for midfield right now. We have too many already and cant seem to shift players like Johnson and one of Laurent/Baker. We just signed Lawal as well.
Also mentioned we have Sol coming through and needs some more game time.
So bringing in a 20 year old on loan from Brighton?? Surely its got to be a lower priority unless he really is the bees knees and is better than anyone we have in midfield.
I would skip this signing we have more pressing needs

So the recruitment team will come back with several candidates and then they will see who is best for the system and who is attainable as long as they all, talk to each other & at least broadly agree then no issue where DoF model goes wrong is where the club sign players the head coach/manager tells them he isn't going to use/doesn't want see Everton, Man United * lots more as examples of this no perfect system manager doing all the signings can work/can go wrong too |

As a head coach he isn't meant to. As others said he tells the team what sort of player he wants, they find it. This is what people asked for and now it is happening. |
