Amazing how this forum has had 2-3 months of constant negative bull crap (also the past 6 years) but also from just a small few of posters - all of which now go missing that we’ve put in a really decent and positive performance.
Why don’t we just call out, ignore and not give them the air time???? - it’s nothing to do with the reality of the football but more for their egos and the sad fact they feel they have some importance/outlet!
What if - hypothetically the chat on this forum was actually more on the balance of that of support for our young academy breakthroughs and brand new players???
We could get a good atmosphere in the ground, good vibes, confidence and some unity!?!?
To constantly talk negativity so as to boost a negative mindset is a sorry place to be… I feel for you.
But that’s not the Stoke that I support and want to encourage to do better…

Well done Bayern, at least you've owned up👍 Why wouldn’t I? And today was a good watch. But it was against a really bad side and we were fortunate not to go a goal down. But we went out with the intent to win and that was good to see. I guess what I’m trying to say is one swallow doesn’t make a summer. |

I think it goes both ways though. There are a lot of posters who go quiet when things go bad and don't necessarily show up on the forum.
For those who are noticeable absent tonight. When you've spent the whole summer pushing an agenda against the manager, it's going to take a lot more than a win at Blackpool for them to swallow their pride and change their minds. They'll have their knives sharpened for a few more weeks yet.
The rest of us can only hope that this is the beginning of a good run now or maybe we'll be the ones with our tails between our legs in a month's time.
I think it's important though to try and at least be balanced. And some of the MON outers have came on and given praise tonight, so fair play to those.
Others are notably absent.
