NZ beat Australia 39-37 with a "controversial " 81st minute try.
Domestically Worcester Warriors could be suspended if they don't provide proof of funds today.
The England ladies thrashed Wales 73-7 in their warm up game for the World Cup.

I'd be gutted if England had lost like that. Tbh, I always think of Aus v NZ in the same way as Arse v Man U, in that I always want them both to lose. |

Looking forward to all these autumn union internationals starting today.
Really don't know what to expect from England, all EJ has seemed to deliver is inconsistency.
Ireland will be an interesting watch given their form earlier this year.
I'm just happy there's something interesting to watch when the World Cup is on as I've zero interest in that.
Nice break for the world darts then the 6 nations a few weeks later. Best sporting period of the year for me.
Stoke become an unwelcome distraction at this point.

Yes, fantastic effort by the girls, hopefully they have one last performance in them, it will be tough but fingers crossed they do it. Eddie Jones should've been sacked years ago, it amazes me he's still in the job. To say we should be performing a hell of a lot better than we are is an understatement.
More often than not, we're turgid.

Eddie should have gone after the last World Cup. We've definitely gone backwards since then and are currently miles behind Ireland and the other top teams. I know names were mentioned some time ago as his eventual replacement but I can't remember if anyone is "unofficially " lined up for the job.
Good luck to the ladies at the weekend - really hope they can do it.

I know what you mean about sacking him after a World Cup final, but it was time for a fresh approach even then. I don't know how he's managed to last so long, particularly, as you say, afterthe last 6 Nations debacle. |

It's an incredible effort with 14 since the 18th minute. I have to say our backs have been outplayed and the forwards need to keep driving and we could still win this.
