MON out thought by opposition manager shock. We won plenty of games with those two at the heart of our defence, in fact we won more with than we did without. He changed the defence in January and made it worse. I don’t think this point has been emphasised enough. Did we concede more goals after the changes? Can't say as that was noticeable What was noticeable was the ponderous football in most home games

Its his business so he can use his real estate as he decides. Don’t like it go elsewhere. Simple. Don’t think it is really doesn’t matter whether you’re the chairman of a football club, professional of a golf club etc etc you can designate a parking space, spray letters on the floor but if others have access to the general area and that space doesn’t have a penalty notice visible then anyone can park in it and there’s shag all you can do about it. No but it's respect for your employer.

We did, they looked good but that Derby match was alarming Overall I don't think transfers, personnel changes, formation changes are anywhere near as important as our approach to home games We've been turgid at home 433 and 352 Need to speed up our game (that doesn't mean hoof it either), need players to play the ball forward, to take players on and more players to make more forward runs off the ball We can do all that and still play out from the back Alarming? It was a blip.

He changed the defence in January and made it worse. I don’t think this point has been emphasised enough. The fact he felt the need to congratulate Wilmot for playing well in his natural position is alarming. Apparently was said like he was surprised at his performance 😂 More and more of the stories coming out about MON are just awful.

That sort of attitude is medieval.

That sort of thing was done at a national not local level.

There’s been a lot recently on Twitter on how you can judge people on how they treat the cleaners. This falls within that.

One of the games towards the end of the season where Wilmot got back in the side, MON commented to him “you’ve played well in the middle today” to which Wilmot replied “funny thay considering it’s my position”. I’m not sure exactly what their relationship is like but I know Wilmot hated playing right back and there was a couple of occasions where the club/MON were saying Wilmot was injured or not fit enough to start when he in fact was. It wouldn’t surprise me if he’d be one that was available this summer, I’m not sure there’s a great deal of love between the two. Which I find mad, it’s just bizarre how our best defence was Ostigard, Souttar & Wilmot and MON actively ripped it up and started again in Jan. Where has this MON to Wilmot conversation come from?

Don’t know I’ve never seen him show anything but enthusiasm for his task. I’m not surprised if he is narked but as far as I was aware he’d never even suggested it.

Does anyone like MON , it could obviously all be bollocks but there's a lot of noises knocking about with players not liking/getting on with him.

You do your best for a fair boss but go out of your way to fuck over an unfair one. Spot on, but you have to have a half decent relationship and respect for the guy in charge. His amazing dressing room that he was going to create isn't going to go well if the players don't respect him.

Who co operates with a shit boss? You keep yourself on the right side of the line so there’s nothing they can have you for and let them hang themself.

They are cheating themselves, the fans, and jeopardising their careers if they do that. Generally speaking, players are happy if they are playing, the skill is keeping the ones on the periphery happy.

Chelsea and Leicester have done for at least a couple apiece that way. Sunderland and Di Canio is another one.

Where has this MON to Wilmot conversation come from? It was in speech marks so I interpreted that to have been an actual overheard or caught on camera exchange between the two. Why do people just make things up?
