They are beyond parody aren't they. Risible hypocrites every last one. Looks like they've got their cancellation as well, the poor lambs! We've got a block on all news out of Russia but you can bet your bottom dollar that their media will be using this highlighting the hypocrisy of the West.

I find it quite apt that we have thunderstorms the day that Truss becomes leader. It’s almost like God is laughing at us.

I’m not sure many do Mr Coke but it’s a bit like when Stoke sign a player with a bad rep. The knives are out before it’s begun and it’s all uphill to convince the naysayer’s. One thing is clear, the wokesters are apoplectic and for me, having zero political allegiance, is very entertaining Badge....she's been aminister since 2014. I don’t know what you’re trying to say?

They don't seem to like Truss do they? A lot of people don't. Recent opinion poll showed only 12% thought she'd make a good PM while 52% thought she'd be poor or terrible.(yougov) Yep, a number I know not normally of a political persuasion have expressed a dislike of Truss. Most new PM's get a honeymoon period but this latest rancid offering from the Tories has to convince people their perceptions are wrong from the off.

Emily Maitlis spoke elequently in a lecture last week about political interference by number 10 at the BBC on her own news interview about Dominic Cummings. Within 3 days number 10 ensures the BBC shut Maitlis down. Nothing to see here, journalism is being suffocated by the State and the BBC are so terrified of being defunded they do as they are told.

The BBC fucked up on Sunday. A political show is for politics not for comedians. By having that chap on, forget his name, they undermined their own credibility. Or, if they wanted him on, give the guy his own slot defined as a comic’s take. Although, they’d be wise not doing that as they are supposed to demonstrate balance which ain’t easy to when taking the piss. Same way they fucked up when they allowed Maitlis to have her Cummings diatribe. Anyway, the sooner the plug is pulled on the BBC the better as far as I’m concerned. I watch nothing on the BBC so resent having to pay for something I don’t use.

That's as maybe but pretty much irrelevant to the blatant hypocrisy a bunch of 'home of free speech' merchants trying to get him cancelled and pressurising the BBC to change the show. Even that dreadful Dolan character was doing it on the the self styled anti woke, home of free speech GB News, without the slightest note of self awareness. Absolute clowns the lot of them.

I watch nothing on the BBC so resent having to pay for something I don’t use. Maitlis did nothing wrong. And why are so many softies getting offended by a comedian having a joke. This cancel culture is a joke. But if we are talking about BBC corruption and politics interference. This has to be my favourite one - www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/politics/bbc-boris-johnson-brexit-wreath-laying-cenotaph-footage-wrong-old-tory-bias-a9198521.htmlMaybe that comedian interview with the BBC was just a mistake? Maybe it was recorded 20 years ago all as a big joke. And the BBC just simply played the wrong clip by accident? It's happened before. It's easily done.

Anyone knwo the odds on BJ being PM again 12/1 to be next Tory leader ... Incredible that anyone would want this guy anywhere near running the country again. Forget the endless lies, weak leadership and abysmal policy, I just find it astounding that there is a small group of really odd people, claiming they are "Conservative" who are so caught up in party politics that they still support this guy, totally dismissing the fact that his policies have been some of the least Conservative of our lifetime. It's a bit like die hard Labour voters who have convinced themselves that Starmer represents their views. Boris could have few complaints if he was arrested (preferably with Whitty, Starmer, Drakeford, Sturgeon, a heap of BBC journalists and the SAGE mob), let alone running for PM again.
