Too right. I don't mind helping the genuine poor the genuine marginalised etc. I've got a heart and empathy unlike these lefties . I draw the line at people who milk it though. Nothing ironic about it fella. Both UKIP and Farridge (whichever party he's involved with these days) are advocates of PR. And on that - if not much else - I'm in agreement with them. And it's probably why I wouldnt be quick to get behind a campaign for it. The thought of high volumes of seats going to the extremes of the spectrum causes me more of a mither than the binary option of red or blue (with the occasional bit of yellow). Vital that Starmer and Davey get the next GE correct as the by-elections have shown. I reckon as of today we've probably got a UKIP govt so I'm somewhat less convinced than you of the FPTP 'safeguards'. |

This may come as a shock but most people dont vote for whatever version of Conservatism we are currently enduring either. It will take you about 10 (no, probably 20) minutes to educate yourself on proportional representation and you could engage on a much deeper level than simply, 'your Mum'. I think we could be heading for a fight with the Treasury, where ideas meet reality. It'll be interesting to see what the party do if she can't deliver on her promises. It could galvanise them against the traditional institutions or it might make them turn on her. I have no idea how this is going to play out although I can't see her winning a general election. There may be battles with the Treasury ahead but not with the Chancellor. Kwarteng and DizLiz are literally Coitus close! What a time be a rich fucker with this pair of trickle down twats. I’ve been Googling to see if I can work out what I meant. I thought there was some sort of independent body within the Treasury now (a recent thing) that meant all spending had to meet some kind of guideline but I’ve found nothing. |
