Massa was definately wronged by the incident, and I have very little doubt that Max and Bernie covered it up. It's for this reason, I no long fret over Lewis getting stuffed in 2021. If Massa wins his case, the Lewis will loose one championship, but will go on to win 2021. However, Massa does not have a cat in hell's change of winning in court as his case is largely based on a public comment by Bernie. Seeing that Bernie could never be described as a reliable witness, and has already said that his memory of events is unclear, the best Massa can do hear is to go for a payout to shut him up. interestingly Lewis made one comment about his maiden season when he had the chance too win the title in the last race and his gearbox magically packed up for a few seconds, he said there was a meeting about what happened and he cant and will never talk about what happened that day makes me wonder if the young lad wasnt stiffed out of the title There's no credible evidence for that being rigged.

Lewis lost the championship by staying out too long on knackered tyres in China. He was being greedy over the number of points he could win in the race and pushed his tyres way past their operating range, and crashed in the pit lane when he finally came in for a tyre change.

Smack me surprised. It's actually been a decent race to watch in Texas, who'd have guessed? In my ignorant opinion, Ferrari seems as clueless as ever with their race management though.

Was really enjoyable then I wake up to a double disqualification 🙄 I hope this is the start of Hamilton getting back into a competitive car, the sport needs it.

Agreed, Verstappen needs some proper competition to make it interesting again. Gone a bit boring sadly

You can’t blame Verstappen, he’s probably going to be regarded as one of the best if not the best ever. It just makes it a boring spectacle.

I'd like Verstappen more if he and his RB team, along with bent officials, hadn't cheated Hamilton out of the world title. But unfortunately, the power of the RB outfit is running the sport now. How many transgressions have they got away with during this last two seasons?
OS.

F1 pre-race broadcast...why do I continue to subject myself to this shit show? It never gets better. Danica Patrick is the worst. She's like listening to paint dry, absolutely no personality whatsoever. Good luck Sergio.

No one cares about Verstappen during the race. He's boring and clearly has a superior car.
It's all about 2nd and the point positions. Which is fine.

It’s gone way too far the other way now. I’d kill to see Lewis and Max still battling at the top.

Nice to see the F1 drivers are having to contend with similar roads to the ones we have to drive.

Have to admit he's not wrong. Vegas and F1 had what a few years to figure it out and apparently dropped the ball. I'd imagine they'll put a little bit more effort into next year's race...I believe they have a ten year contract for Vegas. The glitz stuff is always cringe over here, at least there are no dancing sharks... Max says Vegas like National League (i.e. bush league using American vernacular)

Going to be the coldest race ever too. Gets nippy at night in the desert. Just watched the recorded race. Glad I didn't stay up for it. Anyway, commentators stated that a race in Canada (in the 70s?) was the coldest at 5 Celsius. A few good moments in the race but same boring results as usual.

I quite enjoyed the race. Quite a lot of action. Red Bull got lucky with the safety car again. Without it, I think Leclerc would have won.

The best thing about F1 for the last couple of years is Brundles cringy grid walks. I love em, it’s downhill from there
