Bursik and Collins deserve plaudits tonight, Soutter was fine, the rest were shit to extremely shit apart from Allen who was rusty but gave us energy and movement. We need to find a way to play 4 at the back, either with what we’ve got or getting somebody in.
We need to put clever players around Fletcher, it’s time to shake things up at he front.

O'Neil is slowly undoing all of his hard work... Fucking pathetic again for the 6th or 7th game in a row. Holding on in the end for a point of a team that is struggling massively. If it wasn't for O'Neil shooting himself EVERY gane before a ball had even been kicked, we could be knocking on the door of the top 2 now. No excuses, absolutely pathetic again. He needs some help now, we need a left back as McClean is dire and are desperate for a decent forward O’ Neill has already said that left back is priority to resolve in January. That and some fire power hopefully, with Vokes going out on loan to a promotion rival and happy days. BM

I honestly hated watching that second half as the inevitability was all too much but, again, some of the entitled shite being banded about is just awful. Yes, it was bad and yes, it has been dour since Campbell got injured but we still have so much deadwood to get rid of, that still has to be part of our squad due to the lack of numbers. If we make the play offs this season it will be because of MON, not in spite of him. And despite being largely boring, we have continued to pick up points. The impatience of some supporters after what has gone before is staggering but not at all surprising. In an ideal world we’d have two perfect players for every position but we don’t. We can still do things this season and we’ve got supporters saying his style is worse than Pulis. Stop talking bollocks. He’s becoming a victim of his own early success. If we’d have been 14th/15th a point at home tonight would have been seen as a good thing. As it is, he’s got us up towards the play offs in short space of time and fans are angry because we aren’t playing free flowing football. Hate to imagine how angry they were last season, and the ones before that. Spot on. Good chance most of the hysterical twats were also slagging the likes of Arnie, Bojan and Shaq off too when we were finishing 9th in the Premier League. BM

Drawing with 30 seconds to play and Stoke get a free kick in their own half. Do they. a/ Pass back to the keeper? b/ Charge into the box and have the keeper launch it?

Terrible performance. We look absolutely exhausted, and this is showing in the way we are playing. There are a lot of players who could do with a rest. Is Gregory available? This has been a very unusual season with a game every 3 days, meaning there is probably 1 day a week to actually train. It's remarkable how MON has managed to organise the players available to him in the time available to him. I haven't heard him complain even when he had to use a 4th choice goalkeeper recently. Maybe some of the people who are moaning could follow his example.

MON got it hopelessly wrong from the start, by fielding lemons like Vokes, Powell and Ince. Not the first time, too. We were always a day late and a dollar short in the attack. We were simply lucky to get a point, ... thanks to Bursik.

Some of the hyperbole on here is on another level. You'd think it was as bad as Nath Jones shyte. Not sure it is. Yes he’s done a tremendous job saving us last year and has huge credit in the bank But When was the last time we played decent enjoyable to watch football When was the last time he had his favourite eleven at his disposal? I don't know the answer but whenever it was probably has spmething to do with your qwuestion too.

That said...surely to fuck he realises that Vokes is not the answer regardless of the question. I couldn't think of a positive question with vokes as the answer. 🤔🤔 I have a question that has Vokes as the answer. WHAT EXCUSE OF A FOOTBALLER RHYMES WITH THE WORD JOKES?

First, I can't think of any other team that has had as many injuries as we have had. And certainly not any of the 6 teams above us. Who else is playing their 3rd choice goalkeeper?

Every other fan of every other team I know says this has been a ridiculous season for injuries. It’s a common thread. Also - and although the point still stands to some extent - there has been no noticeable difference in performance between our 1st, 2nd and 3rd choice goalkeepers as it happens.

You are correct but what team (especially above us) are on their third choice striker? Yes all teams have had it rough with injuries. We just happened to have a few in the positions we have very weak backups.

The Wycombes and the Millwalls must pity us. 😉

We were simply lucky to get a point, ... thanks to Bursik. I have to disagree with that. MO'N could not have picked a better team to start with, who else was there? I thought Brown was playing well, doing a lot of work off the ball and giving Vokes space. Allen looked refreshed. Powell was trying hard, but is still out of touch. Thompson scored - again. Of the starters only McClean was playing really badly. Forest improved after the break and the deterioration set in with the substitutes. Ince and Clucas were totally anonymous. I blame Clucas for the goal allowing their player to make a good cross. We are agreed on Bursik; he was excellent again. As usual it was the young players performing best and the older players holding the team back.
