Good to see the Bills doing well, and especially the Browns after so many losing seasons. Are Washington at 6-8 about to finally win the NFC East, the division that no team seemingly wants to win.
As a Chiefs fan it's really good to see them as the AFC number 1 seed but they've had a few close shaves this season, winning several games by just three points. Reid, Mahomes, Hill, Kelce and Co. have continued on from winning last year when so many other previous Superbowl winners just tail off the following season. Packers looking likely to win the NFC, and likeliest to make the Superbowl, with the Saints as a possibility IMO.

The Chiefs are a class act and have so many weapons with those 3 specifically and a good defence too. Stay injury free and I can’t see the SB going anywhere else. Lose one of them and it could get very interesting.

Yeah the Bengals held on! They looked good. I'm a Raiders fan but I will say this - the Chiefs are a class act. I think the only thing that can beat the Chiefs are the Chiefs themselves. Watch out for the Raiders next year though!

Watch out for the Raiders next year though! The AFC West is a very strong division. If the Seahawks were still in it it would be a real division of death. As a Chargers they’ve been very disappointing this year and have massively underperformed on the back of having a lot of injuries especially to their all pro safety James before the season started. If they draft well and sack the coach I can see them doing well next season.

Watch out for the Raiders next year though! I didn't think the Bengals had it in them after Burrow went down. But yesterday they were pissed. Juju doing his cringeworthy tiktok dance pregame got the Bengals revved up! My rankings - AFC - No real surprises here 1. Chiefs 2. Bills 3. Browns 4. Colts NFC - 1. Packers 2. Saints (for the DEF) That's about as interesting as it gets.

Browns first winning season since 2007. I have always linked them with the Cleveland Stokers. Today, Mayfield threw for a season-high 334 yards yards on 25 of 33 completions with four touchdowns. Just like Stoke though they sat on their lead and nearly lost it. Mayfield is still shit & he's holding that team back. Well done him that after 3 seasons in the job he's finally thrown for 334 yards. I compared him to Derek Carr in my earlier post, yesterday Carr threw for 381 yards in a team with far less talent than the Browns have got. Mayfield was supposed to be an elite level QB, up there with other young stars like Josh Allen (This season has thrown over 300 yards 3 times, and over 400 yards twice) and Patrick Mahomes (Over 300 yards SIX times & over 400 yards twice). He's miles away from those guys. Mayfield's 3rd season and he is hot and doing the business. You have to have players to throw to. www.nfl.com/news/baker-mayfield-outstanding-in-leading-cleveland-browns-to-10th-win-of-season

Lets see how that holds up against the other youngsters who he is supposed to be up there with - And given the hype he had, better than. (Josh Allen, Patrick Mahomes, Kyler Murray, Lamar Jackson & Justin Herbert). Allen, Murray & Herbert all threw for more yards than Mayfield. Murray, Mahomes & Herbert threw more TDs than Mayfield. (Allen & Jackson threw the same). Allen, Murray, Mahomes, Herbert & Jackson all rushed for more yards than Mayfield. Allen(2), Murray, Herbert & Jackson all scored atleast one rushing TD. Mahomes didn't score any, the same as Mayfield. So even when Mayfield is in the form of his life (All 3 games of them!) He's still behind ALL the other young QBs. And just for a bit of fun I've just been to look through the 12 (twelve) NFL fantasy football leagues I've played in this season. Allen, Murray, Mahomes, Herbert & Jackson have ALL been selected in EVERY league. Mayfield didn't get picked by a single team in any league

I guess that what watching 36 years of watching the NFL does for you. Any suggestion what the new name will be yet? Foreskins...... When The 🥔s were first formed in 1932 they were in Boston. After a period the club moved across Boston to a second location. They later became The Washington Redskins in their third iteration. As a result of this I had said since the change, they should be The Washington Fourskins.

I like the image of them running around with WTF on their helmets. Nah just kidding - rich history there - How about The Wahoos? It's an Indian tribe.

Next they'll go after Dallas because "Cowboys" traumatized native Americans. Oh well - Dallas United Football Club (DUFC) Or the dumbf**ks for short. I just heard yesterday that Cleveland has decided to drop the "Indians" as their mascot.
Now that I think about it...Washington Football Team might just be fine. It's got a serious kind of professional ring to it.

The Chiefs do it again - yet another 3 point victory, this time against the Falcons after the lead changed hands a couple of times with the Chiefs finally winning it. They're just doing enough to scrape the wins at the moment but will need to improve in the play offs even with probablehome advantage throughout.

Chargers again showing tonight what great talent they have and how much they’ve underperformed this season. THat Justin Herbert is pretty decent .......also happy to see things clicking for my team the Bengals finally. Still sticking with my prediction dark horses - the Bills though. A very capable QB in JOsh Allen, 2 top WR in Cole Beasley ( reminds me a lot of Julian Edelman of the Patriots< puts everything on the line) and Stefon Diggs, plus 2 top RB in Moss and Dave Singletary ( think thats his name), give them a lot of weaponry at their disposal. Dont know why but Ive really enjoyed this years football far more than in previous years. Might be because theres not one team erally dominating ( think Patriots) but theres 4 or 5 temas that are genuinely in with a shout of the title.

They never really had the characters to win the neutrals over like the 85 Bears who were full of characters. It’s been a terrific season and as a Chargers fan the future looks bright with Herbert. Such a shame injuries and some dreadful play calling from coaching team cost us. I still think the Chiefs are the team to beat, though I’d love the Bills to do it as it’s always nice to have a new name on the trophy. Next season should be even better as like the Bengals who I’ve always had a soft spot for since the days of Boomer there’s other up and coming teams like the Redskins and Cardinals coming through too.

Miami miracle part 2. Beating the raiders at death pmsl. Ryan FitzMagic inching us into the playoffs. Go Fins. Yeah talk about a great substitution - Tua was struggling, so Fitzpatrick comes in and the game totally changes. I'm not as mad this year that the Raiders lost because I've maintained all season that this isn't their year. We need a team hospital in the off-season just to get ready for next year. Our defense was held together with duct tape, rookies, smart-ass remarks and a prayer. Carr is bravely trying to pay through injuries but we need him to recover. We should let Mariotta start now that we're statistically f**ked for the year for 2 reasons: 1) To allow Carr's complete recovery and 2) To see just how good Mariotta can be - get more "data" on him. Even had the Raiders won this last game, Baltimore would have to lose their last two games for the Raiders to make the playoffs and we all know THAT wasn't about to happen. Miami deserves to be in contention this year...it'll be interesting to see them in the mix with something to play for. Good luck at Buffalo.
