Burnley would be a good move for Collins , much more professional set up and in the premier League . There is no way Sevilla paid anything like what Nzonzi was worth at the time , but it was still a great move for his career . Leicester paid nothing like the actual worth of Robert Huth , but still a great move for his career . The fact nobody at the club knows how to negotiate the sale of class players , is the club's fault , not the players. Sevilla got N'Zonzi cheap because he'd run his contract down to 12 months before it expired. I'm sure we tried to extend it but if a player will not sign, what can you do? Another year and we'd have got nowt for him.

15M and he'll be gone.
Souttar wont be far behind either.

15M and he'll be gone. Souttar wont be far behind either. It would be good to get top dollar for players as annoying as it will be to see them go at the end of the day we aren't at the top table. I'll be disappointed in this age of inflated fees for us to get only £15mill. Would nice for once for us to pull somebody else's trousers down.

I think we'd probably, realistically, have to sell at 15. Can't see Burnley getting there though
What we'd do at 12 or 13 would be interesting.

Collins moves to Burnley for 12-15 million,
A top team comes in for him the following day, they’d want 20-25 million without him kicking a ball for them

I'll be honest if Collins leaves for Burnley I'll be pissed off. a) there's no way that Burnley will pay the sort of fee he SHOULD be commanding, that any other club would no doubt get for a player of his potential and ability. b) he can do a lot better than Burnley. Me too. This would substantially weaken the squad and significantly reduce our chances of a top six finish. I am thinking of buying a ST now that travel restrictions are easing. Sell Collins, Souttar, Powell or Campbell and I am done.

As it stands, it looks like we'll be massively restricted. And I can't see anyone going above 15 for him this summer, in this post-Covid environment.

www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/49220070£20m would be a bargain price. * Collins is younger and has already had links to man Utd. * Home grown players are going to cost more now due to brexit * We'll waste the money, better to develop the academy lads instead

we should get very decent money post-Brexit seeing as its much harder to bring in younger talented European player now even for lower ranking Prem teams.
This should raise the value of home grown players significantly and I hope we are taking this into consideration.
Anything under £15m would be a massive loss.

We certainly need to have a decent plan in place for Forrester and Taylor for this coming season in terms of either senior team integration/ game time or decent loans. If we did sell Collins or Souttar we might have ready made replacements.

This bid is worrying as surley after the 1st bid we would of gone back with a figure of what we are after and if this is the counter offer then I don't think that we will be asking for much more than this.

Or they've just come back with another over to see how strong we are witth our valuation. I wouldn't read much into it tbh, Burnley will know our situation and will try to push it as much as they can.

It would concern me if either Collins or Souttar were sold, a combo of Baath & Chester going into next season is somewhat scary, one or the other maybe, but not both.

They’ve been a stain on the Premiership for years, Dyche gets on my tits with that daft gravelly voice as well the minge.
He’s way better than Burnley.

Collins and Souttar are both appreciating assets. Hold tight, reject all bids for at least 12 months.

This is Stoke, Collins, Soutar and Campbell will all be sold for less than they are worth. I think you might be right, but then I also think some of the expectations on this stream are in dream land. For me the priority is to get all the garbage out of the club and start afresh. Unfortunately that might mean selling the crown jewels to be able to do that and terminate some lucrative contracts for players that have contributed sweet fa all season. We have a huge, massively expensive squad who clearly MON and no one else can get to play. I see little point in getting yet another manger to try and make a silk purse out of a sow's ear. So I want to see every player over 30 out of the club and some more, giving MON a chance with a young squad he can mould and add a couple of key players to plug gaps.

Would make sense to sell one in the current climate but for the right price. There is this myth that we let great players go for low prices, not seen any go on to great things that we sold cheap recently. Arnie our last big sale and looking at the big picture a good deal as he seemed to have no wish to stay.Brentford have been praised constantly on here for their dealings but has resulted in them falling short for years and potentially cost them huge money although that could change. If one big outgoing could help us bring in 2 or 3 players under FFP would be the smart route to take but not at that price.

www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/54577706Fees are always more art than science - and we could well be desperate in FFP terms, which Burnley will know. Rodon went for an initial £11m as a 22 year-old with 55 games under his belt, which was viewed as robbery by their fans!

They're like a few teams over the years, Sunderland, Villa, Wigan, that keep escaping relegation but eventually they'll fall through the trap door. Like a dump that won't flush away, they always do eventually!

I wonder where Burnley would be if Dyche were to walk away. We ought to be better than being a feeder club for the Clarets.
