According to the Sun ,Chelsea are looking at him along with Man Utd & Arsenal If MON sees him as a spare wheel, might turn into a good bit of business (if we keep Tony Bogof Scholes quiet).

£15M + add ons up to a total of £30m wouldn't be too far fetched if a bidding war gets started I hope?

What was United quoted they were willing to offer for that Bellingham boy? I doubt there was a quote, from what I remember it was guess work. You're probably right, but I think £20M was the figure they guessed, and if so he is a much bigger risk than Collins. Collins has already shown he is able to take the step up for Championship football, and it will only be £15M if he doesn't turn out to be the real deal for any of the big clubs. On the other hand, if he is the real deal, a player like Maguire, they have really got him on the cheap. As said, if he isn't the real deal there is still a good chance they can get most of their £15M outlay back from a sale to a mid table team.

I don't think he's shown enough to be worth 15mil + but your reasoning makes sense, could be worth a punt for someone I guess.

Kenny the ex Dundalk manager is a huge fan of Collins, spoke of him very highly last year. He's now taken over from Mick McCarthy who has stepped down due to the Euros being moved it seems.

£15m, not a penny less. If I was Collins I'd give myself another season in the Championship playing 35+ games and wait for the big boys to come along, Ben Gibson went there and got splinters on his arse for a whole season.....

I'll be honest if Collins leaves for Burnley I'll be pissed off.
a) there's no way that Burnley will pay the sort of fee he SHOULD be commanding, that any other club would no doubt get for a player of his potential and ability. b) he can do a lot better than Burnley.

Tell Dyche to stick his £10m up his dirty shitter, let's not forget he lumbered us with Vokes for that amount so whatever he offers will have to include some compensation and maybe even an offer from them to take Vokes back for the remainder of his contract. If Manure are still sniffing around then any fee should be £20m+ Gouranga.

Whilst he has filled in admirably at right back, he's obviously naturally a centre half. If we keep him beyond summer it should be a priority to get sufficient right back cover so that Collins and Souttar can play as a centre back partnership whether that be part of a two or three. Allowing them to shine in their best positions is the way to make big transfer fees from them.

Burnley would be a good move for Collins , much more professional set up and in the premier League .
There is no way Sevilla paid anything like what Nzonzi was worth at the time , but it was still a great move for his career .
Leicester paid nothing like the actual worth of Robert Huth , but still a great move for his career .
The fact nobody at the club knows how to negotiate the sale of class players , is the club's fault , not the players.

They can have him but they have to have Vokes back and play him in every league game next season. seems fair

And N'Zonzi was completely different, he was soon to be out of contract and there was no way he'd have signed another.

Burnley can sod right off. Collins is far better than them, especially at that price the cheeky twats. All we have to do is keep details of the bid away from Scholes or he will accept it in the blink of an eye.
