When are we going to get what the referendum voted for? Seem to remember it was out! If they voted to stay in, there would have been none of this! Bullshit, the lot of it! You can’t rush parliamentary democracy. Another few months won’t hurt in the grand scheme of things, although I did predict it would take 10 years after the referendum which I’m sticking by.... there was a big rush to get the no deal through both houses and signed off by the queen, fookin schischters

Did you know... That in 10 of 11 Ashes series since 1977 the next General Election has been won by the Tories if England win (7) and been won by Labour if Australia win (3). The exception is John Major’s election win in 1992 following the 4-0 drubbing in 1989. There have been no drawn series in that time. So, with Australia 2-1 up and the final test well underway, England ain’t winning this series so history would suggest Boris is fucked. Unless he can replicate Major’s achievement (or maybe he needs a hapless leader of the opposition to help him out like Kinnock. )

There now follows a party political broadcast on behalf of the Conservative Party...
It looks like a hostage video 😀
Seriously, why do Labour keep wheeling her out? Let’s face it, she’s not a vote winner 🙄

Corbyn’s reaction to an early general election. Labour’s time is almost up. The electorate will finish them off.

9th December? Seems like this is the preferred date for the Lib Dem’s and the SNP ( link) who are demonstrating they won’t dance to Johnson’s tune by looking for an election 3 days earlier than Johnson proposed. That’ll show him. Over to you JC.

They are very silly. It doesn’t matter if they are not ready. It’s all about perception. Vote for 12th and give out the impression “bring it on” Or abstain The 9th gets in and everyone knows they are scared

Their only hope, I reckon, is to support the Government today, get Brexit done before the election and then fight the election on traditional left / right arguments. I reckon they are in big trouble if the election happens before Brexit happens (leastways ways, the WA part).

Funny old world you'd expect it to be the government being shot at by all sides but Corbyn is so ineffective. Perhaps he'll go to stage 2 and arm Momentum

MPs should not be allowed to abstain. They are elected and paid to make decisions on our behalf
Grow a set of bollocks and vote AYE or NO. To not turn up is like not turning up for work

I don’t believe he wants it but he’s been manoeuvred into this corner. They cannot disrupt Brexit forever. There is not enough of a majority to revoke A50. A GE is the only way to end this impasse
