Here comes the inevitable appeal to the youth, let the bribing begin.

An interesting exchange between Michelle Dewberry and Paul Mason in this exchange...the left using any antics to stifle debate. Mason is one of those lefties who think if you disagree with him you must be evil, hate poor people and generally be a nasty person, you can't simply disagree with his outlook and ideas, you must be sinister if you do... he's a prickly dickhead, the type of person who would drop you as a friend as soon as he found out you vote tory.

Here comes the inevitable appeal to the youth, let the bribing begin. Isn't every general election a kind of bribe? Tax cuts to the higher or lower earners typically results in a vote by those who stand to benefit the most? Same with anything. You don't normally find people voting against their best interests unless it plays with their moral compass.

And he does treat Dewberry disgracefully in this video( implied through body language but possible to read between the lines)..had it been Trump or Johnson it would have been milked. I think it might even reflect on how some women might be treated by the hierarchy within the Labour party.

Nearly 300,000 people have registered to vote within the last 48 hours since the party political broadcasts started rolling. 2/3 of them are under 35... Presumably because most over-35s have already made the effort to register to vote?

After all, the younger half of the 18 to 35 group is the largest age group in the country. I have a gut feeling this time turnout will be much higher compared to the last few elections because I believe double the amount of younger voters have registered compared to recent years...

I heard Emily Thornberry repeatedly referring to our 'nucular' deterrent on Tuesday morning, and tonight John Ashworth said 'stastistics'. For this reason I won't be voting Labour this time.

Not enough to make my life miserable mind. Doesn't dent my compass though. I'm just hoping the country gets those crazy socialist policies that make large swathes of Scandanvia such happy great places to live. Sending my postal vote off tomorrow hoping the Moorlands can surprise me and go back red. Fingers crossed!

I won't be giggling at the blameless souls who did not swallow the lies and end up shafted by the Tories.
A Tory win will almost certainly see the rise of a realistic opposition and Johnson gone in five years with the crown of worst post-war PM securely attached.

When will lefties stop hyping up conspiracy theories ? To be fair, he's getting good at taking money off unsuspecting right wingers who thought they were paying something to be able to stand in the elections. That 300k he's basically stole this week covers years salary of being a lord 🙄

They may not be all voting the way you think though mate! I talked to my son earlier, he says students were making confetti out of Labour flyers outside of Nottingham Trent Business School. A very angry lecturer told them that if they don't vote Labour they only deserve to work at Mcdonalds. Don't think they are buying it this time mate.

Do you have any evidence Farage has personally pocketed the money ? i'm not saying he hasn't but you're making a claim, back it up. He's certainly not used it to hire a fashion advisor

I'm surprised they aren't offering free Stella, it would be a sure fire vote winner.

All 3 of the conservative student association have gone mad and started to get all radical by ripping up a few flyers and throwing them, with gay abandon, in the air Surely Joris is going to piss this election with such evidence

It might work. It nearly did last election with free tuition and paying off student debt promises. One bloke I worked with voted Labour specifically because of it. The altruistic bastard.

I wouldn't be surprised if there's a youth rebellion against Labour, the tide is turning a bit, its no longer considered cool to be a lefty, the "woke" brigade and virtue signallers have given it a bad name, its probably more rebellious to go against the grain and support the tories these days.
