Their fans seem very optimistic/delusional as to his value. Either that or they have confidence in their chief executive who gets top dollar for their assets. Wish we had one.😂 Who are those pair exactly? Just a couple of dossers with an opinion? Utterly deluded. The real issue here is that they don’t like the thought of Stoke signing their best players. £3 million..what shite.

1.5 with add ons would be my guess, does he have much on his contract?

What happened to Corrigan from Man City? Playing in the youth and occasionally under 23s as brought as one for the future. Not doing to bad tbh.

1.5 with add ons would be my guess, does he have much on his contract? Indeed 1.5m or walk away. The lads hardly out of nappies and his highest level is league one. And his middle name is Leslie so that knocks a few hundred grand off straight away

Is he even necessary? Obviously we are short here at the moment, but once Fox is fit can we justify spending seven figures on a second choice left back?

What happened to Corrigan from Man City? Not good enough and not getting game time with Bauer in the side.

Never seen Pickering play, but if we don't sign him just shoehorn Smith in there until Fox is back.

No need to play the Wimmer card.... In the middle of a pandemic player valuations are in the toilet everywhere apart from a handful of world class players. The days of multi-million pound transfers in L1, L2 and the Championship are well and truly over.

Either way, it seems like a drain on resources. Ideally we need a first choice left back with a versatile defender who can step in if he gets injured.

Two left-backs that the manager would trust to play in a back 4 doesn't sound particularly excessive when the lack of one will always limit u to playing a back 5 going forward due to any kind of niggle or suspension. A nice square peg for a square hole And he sounds like he'd play LWB no problem. He's even played double figures of games in central midfield. It really wouldn't take much for him to have more upside than Morgan Fox, would it - as reasonable as he is

It seems like we are looking at promising players from the lower leagues who might not be any better than what we’ve currently got.

Much better going forward than Fox and about the same as him defensively I'd say. He's got a much better left foot on him than Fox too.
