Sell Davies and get some ffp gains there. Keep Bursik as number 2 and to play in the cups etc. Happy days. Fuck that if Busik stays he plays. Why damage our players progression for Gunn/Southampton. Sell Davies if he won’t renew on reasonable terms, leave Gunn on the bench if we must, though I’m fairly sure we could get adequate back up cheaper. A fraction of a £10M+ players wages is still too much. Bayern has an obsession with Gunn ,it's very strange as he's not as good as our own lads.

Gunn as done nothing wrong but some are obviously going to scrutinise every goal. Bursik should have saved a couple he let in, it happens. As was pointed out on the radio, the first goal wouldn't have counted if was VAR as their player was offside in his line of vision but it did and can't change it No, he is not a bad goalkeeper, but still he looks inferior to our own two goalkeepers. This is the main reason for me to get rid as I really can't see the point in spending money on this player, especially with an eye on FFP as well.

I've not been overly impressed with Gunn but he may need games to show how good he can be. Davies is my preferred choice as things stand, but if he's not planning to sign up for a longer period of time you could see the club looking to cash in on him this summer due to FFP.

It’s like a jigsaw puzzle where you aren’t sure you’ve got the right pieces. I can understand Davies not wanting to stay as it’s not been particularly great for him here and with Gunn lurking around he still might not be first choice. Gunn may or may not be first choice but has to be chewing up a decent wage and Bursik whilst undoubtedly a talent needs to gain experience by playing first team football. I’d send Gunn back and let the other two fight in out. Bursik will make mistakes as do all keepers but I think he’s our best long term option

Absolute calamity of a keeper.
I’d rather have no-one in net and play an extra man out.

Fine line between being blessed with 3 good keepers on the one hand and on the other having no one keeper good enough for a promotion side.
I fear we are the wrong side of this imaginary line.

Our worst problem this season hasn't been that we conceded too many - though we did let in some silly ones - but that we scored too few.

www.hampshirelive.news/sport/football/transfer-news/norwich-city-transfer-southampton-hasenhuttl-5420004Norwich City are preparing a swoop for Southampton goalkeeper Angus Gunn, following their promotion to the Premier League.
Saints had agreed that Gunn would spend a second season with the Potters, all being well, but that plan is now in some doubt after the Manchester City academy graduate was told that he would have to share his time between the posts at the Bet365 with teammate Adam Davies.
Southampton are also free to sell Gunn this summer, should they wish, to either Stoke or a rival suitor.
And HampshireLive understands that Norwich have identified the goalkeeper as a summer target.

I fear not. With the right players in front of them any of the three could be part of a promotion from the championship team. Problem is out of the other ten positions we’ve got massive issues with about seven of them.

There is absolutely no point in paying what will probably be around 20k a week on a goalkeeper who is not as good as either Davies or Bursik. It would be much better spent on a striker or defensive midfielder.😉

But is it in our gift to not extend Gunn's loan into the second season? Does that not depend on Southampton's agreement?

We don’t need Gunn, didn’t impress at all last season, Davies is better and Bursik at 20yrs is already better than him.
