He doesn't actually run his Twitter account so wouldn't read too much into that.

There's no way he'd the time and the space to do that in the Premier League. Also, what the fuck's the keeper doing shouting at everyone else when he's just let that in?

Sorry Pal we've given your squad number away to someone who actually wants to play for us! Take the hint

The fact that he's scored a screamer and won man of the match in a game, and the response on here is so negative is nowhere near as surprising as it should be I'm glad the lad's finding some form, lovely goal!

Imbula clearly struggled here, there is not getting around that. I think with a new manager, he needs another chance. For the price we paid, can we afford not to give it a go with him?

Every player should have a clean slate. The decision is Lambo's.

I honestly think there is a good footballer in him, get him back here with a new manager and training team things could be different then before he was loaned out.

I’d give him and bojan another run. Much cheaper than buying new players if he can knuckle down. Very expensive passengervif he doesn’t.

Better than any other midfielder we have. In some aspects he is, agreed. However crucially, in others he's the worst which is the big issue. What I would say is I'd get him back in the summer (if we can't now) and give him another go.

I just think during his time here he was in a side that was constantly changing personnel, styles and tactics which I think was a contribution to him looking like a fish out of water. I mean, you'd have Joe Allen chasing everyone in sight but the rest of the team were stood around doing nothing, we were totally disorganised on and more importantly for Imbula, off the ball. You'd hope with a new manager we'd stick to this way of playing and he'd get a tune out of him potentially.

There would have to be a BIG change in attitude and application for his undoubted talent to really shine in the Premier League.

It wasn't the manager and tactics that prevented him from even saying good morning to his mates. His attitude is unfixable.

If Imbula resurrects his career back at Stoke it will be a story of Biblical proportions and compete with the raising of Lazrius from the ultimate big sleep.

I personally don't think he was really given a chance, played out of position, and was working under a horrendous manager. Get him back give him another shot under a manager with a bit of passion.
