West brom are still struggling. So it obviously wasn't TP solely who has made them shit. There just shit. Said manager leaves club and it's not his fault they are still shit 10 minutes later. Another manager takes over club and players from said manager and achieves more with them but cannot take any plaudits as they were the said managers players.... Is that right? Beautiful! And i believe Pugs has checkmate!

I'd say that asking for your bonus early because you want to buy a house that doesn't exist, then leaving before you even meet the conditions that bonus is legally paid under and then trying to keep it anyway is scamming them yes....hence him being found guilty of "Deceiving a tribunal" and having to pay over 3 million in costs back you daft twat. Wouldn't expect a fuckwit who has his tongue so far up TP's rectum to understand that though....and that's without even going into his court case for blackmailing his chairman at Gillingham. Do you even know anything about the bloke you waste so many crunchy tissues over every night? I'd say the fact that you're trying to distract from all the other points by just laughing at one (which has kinda backfired badly anyway) sums you up really. Don't have a fucking clue do you? Then again, we've known that for years on here! So buy asking for your bonus early is scamming someone? By asking? The court seemed to do so. His name is mud and I don't want him anywhere near our club. www.google.co.uk/amp/s/amp.theguardian.com/football/2016/nov/28/tony-pulis-crystal-palace-appeal

Simple fact is, Pulis has already undervalued one of our players (his own former captain at WBA which is why came here), publicly insulted and frozen out another 1 of our players while has was at WBA and insulted our current captain...and bringing him in makes for a positive, harmonious dressing room apparently. All most seem to have is "He's never been relegated".... guess what, neither has Hughes. Q) What's the 1 difference between them then? A) Despite Hughes making us utter shit this season, he hasn't as yet made us as shit as Tone made WBA this season. I'm all for another manager other than Les, but replacing him with someone who has already fallen out with half the fucking players and has done an even worse job this season than the person we're replacing??? Fucking unbelievable! West brom are still struggling. So it obviously wasn't TP solely who has made them shit. There just shit. He assembled their team and their current manager hasn't had the opportunity to bring in his own players. Anyway, I thought he was a managerial genius capable of leading teams away from trouble. So your excuse not only fails to hold water, but fails to support the theory that he's the only man capable of getting us out of our malaise.

Coates makes that decision, not you. Yes he will. And the decision will not be to reappoint Tony Pulis I can assure you of that. So we're agreed he tried to scam his chairman at Crystal Palace then? Good to know.

The thought crossed my mind, but was quickly dismissed. Unfortunately, by delaying the decision to sack Hughes, we have let a few credible replacements be snapped up by other clubs (Big Sam, Moyes, Hodgson, Pardew) and it is difficult to think of a suitable replacement now. Bilic would be available or maybe we could go for a successful young manager from the Championship - but I cannot think of a name off the top of my head. This is what's wrong with football. The 4 managers you name have had 11 jobs between them in little over 2 seasons, yet they keep being linked to - and hired for - every job going. I can guarantee that in 18 months, at least 3 if not all will be in different jobs. Again. "We've got to go for a manager who has experience in the Premier League"... why??? There's plenty of evidence that somebody with no Premier League experience can do a good job having not done it before. It's not impossible. Eddie Howe. Marco Silva. Claude Puel. Pochettino. David Wagner. Koeman. Brendan Rodgers. Laudrup - from just the last few seasons there are enough examples of managers who did the unthinkable and did ok having never managed in the Premier League (yes I know Silva didn't save Hull but I think anybody would have struggled).

Are you privvy to the relative skills of the West Brom players to ascertain that their poor results are nothing to do with the miracle-worker who assembled them?

It's absolutely mad isn't it? The fact that even having Tone back seems preferable to the lack of identity we have under Hughes. How far we have sunk... Having the man we sacked, went on to have his reputation and character destroyed in a court of law and who was recently sacked again with a record far worse than Mark Hughes, doesn't seem remotely preferable on any level, to me and thousands of other Stoke City supporters. I wouldn't want him back either. The point is, we have sunk so low as the unthinkable suddenly crosses your mind (only for a second) and then it evaporates, like any other brain fart. We all know Pulis isn't coming back.

We need someone like Pulis if not the man himself. Shape, discipline, fight. That has evaporated from Hughes teams and he was lucky to inherit what he did from TP in the first place. Stokealona was built on 7 years hard work from TP, it shows clearly now. Unless we find a manager who can put a spine in the team, we will go down.

Stokealona was built on 7 years hard work from TP, it shows clearly now. Unless we find a manager who can put a spine in the team, we will go down. What he inherited was a fractured, divided squad that couldn't score for toffee and had won three times since Boxing Day.
