I've no idea but I bet they will get significantly more votes from the British public. In my area lib dems and greens won't feature. Third parties including Reform and the Greens and the Lib Dems are essential. Else we end up with the car crash that is US politics. Any Reform fan, or supporter of electoral reform is a massive hypocrite guilty of double standards if they think the lib dems should give up. It defies the entire (supposed) purpose of Reform. Reform need the Lib Dem’s and lib dem supporters (and vice versa) if they ever really want to achieve electoral reform. Who has said they should give up? If anything, I find their shitness is infuriating. What I'm confused about is why you aren't more infuriated by the incompetence and total demise of your party? Why would you not want Ed Davey sacked with immediate effect? He's been a total disaster. It's like supporting your football team who are rock bottom of the league with a manager whose won 2 games in 2 years in a dreadful league and wanting him to stay in a job! If the Lib Dems can't take a load of seats during an era where we have the two weakest and hopeless Tory and Labour leaders in living memory, when will they?! You should want Davey's head on a stick for being so ineffective.

You should want Davey's head on a stick for being so ineffective. Despite the system being rigged against them, I suspect the lib dems will get around 30 seats. By comparison, Reform will deem it a massive victory and success if they get 2 seats. If Reform get fewer seats than the lib dems as we both know they will, will you be asking If Reform can't take a load of seats during an era where we have the two weakest and hopeless Tory and Labour leaders in living memory, when will they?! The last two tory leaders were worse than the current one by the way. The answer to your question to me (and it being thrown back to you above by me) is that nobody will ever break the tory labour monopoly without electoral reform. It is why the Lib Dems have campaigned for it for years and why the greens have for years and why Reform have now jumped on the bandwagon just recently.

Yeah but you can't just skip over the fact that the Liberal Democrats have been in demise for years whereas the Reform party are a brand new party. They arent remotely comparable. That said, I obviously agree with you around the system. It's a system that is destroying the country and benefits only two parties. Were Johnson and Corbyn worse than the current two? Equally as useless and incompetent but at least they had some passion. More than can be said of the current pair of plonkers running to be PM.

I think the lib dem performance at the next election will show they are not in demise. Johnson and Corbyn had passion. One knew how to win elections but took the public for a joke. The other couldn’t win elections. I think Sunak treats the public and the rule of law woth less contempt than Johnson, making him better. Jury is out on whether Starmer is better than Corbyn.

Likewise - heard him interviewed a few weeks back tying himself in knots over what an 'indigenous' person was. Had it been a Labour candidate in a similar situation on gender identity no doubt he would have been accordingly ridiculed by the GB news lot. Reform’s candidates make Liz Truss look a sensible and serious politician Quite incredibly, thick Liz is back 😄 www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2024/feb/06/liz-truss-popcons-tory-lettuce

Let's look qt this another way payments delayed meen torus can cut taxes for ri h while handcuffing labour with patients when they con8to office and handicapping them for years It's as if they are fighting the election after this by making it impossible for Labour to govern by bankrupting everything then blaming labour in 5 years time

Yeh but if we taxed them we'd have no jobs mate. We should be thanking them and they should be taxing us for the privilege of living amongst them and allowing us to work in jobs with below inflation pay rises so that they can take more of that hard earned money they deserve. #RightWingCuckolding
