We must have the most reluctant overlapping wingbacks in the league.Solid point today, didn't think we'd get anything out of the game after conceding.
Quite a few positives today, but we were so pedestrian at times,we were never going to pull a Pulls team out of shape moving the ball as slowly as we did before going behind.Ramadan made a difference,Zouma looks really comfortable carrying the ball out of defence.

I dont think Tony Pulis is that bad manager, he may be bad for the fans who love watching football but technically he has a limited budget, average and below average players and he can collect more points than other managers with better budget and better players.

Zouma is fantastic bringing the ball out with that long languid stride of his, not afraid to shoot. Brilliant addition even if only for a season

That is his stick Dr. He knows his niche and he sticks to a mold. Sad for the WBA fans it is like a purgatory of football but the solid defense will keep the round robin going and going.

No harm in killing the game and atmosphere by keeping possession, away from home certainly, whatsoever. However, they're such a poor footballing side, I thought we could've pushed the game more without being cavalier.

Preaching to the choir, I wanted Bojan for Allen to find passes for Bera or Chupo in the middle. Jese who seemed to struggle was the right sub. Crouch made Hegazi and Dawson second guess going wide which did push their defense a bit and gave us that goal from Hegazi coming back to the middle in a collision with Foster.

Prov s my point how desperate we are for a striker if we are relying on Crouch Bring Crouch on to lump balls to when Pulis goes 1-0 up. Is Hughes fucking demented? This game still needs creativity and players running at their defense and we put on Crouch. We are losing Go back to 442 and give it a go playing e ball on the fucking floor Not fucking Crouch Fucking blinding IT skills youth! Fair play. And yes, haha!

You can tell the knife hurt. He's no longer the people's man and it is his own fault with his divisiveness and reluctance to shake Hughes hand in my opinion, and his shite horrible gobblecock of a system.

Decent point against one of the most negative teams ever. I'm so pleased he's not our manager any more. Truly awful to watch they have one tactic play for set pieces and have 10 behind the ball. Thought Choupa did ok but we need a proper front man and a more powerful CM besides the excellent Fletcher. Is the way we play any more exciting? We are pedestrian in attack, overworking the ball with very little movement. At least WBA seem to play with a purpose...albeit a highly negative one. I am still trying to work out what our tactics are when we attack.

We scored from a complete fuck up by them not by some magic substitution which changed the game..... Does it matter?

I'll take a draw. I think we will have a great season, I have no idea where all this relegation talk came from. From knobheads who actually think they understand Premiership football better than people who have actual experience of running a premier league football team? Anyone with a sky subscription and a twitter account is an expert these days. And the definition of knobhead is anyone who thinks their opinion is equal to someone who has expertise in a job or who believes repeating an opinion enough times makes it a fact. It's why Donald trump is president. Which sadly reflects the times.

It was a shocking match but we got a point away and were the better team. I would not like to watch crap like that every week though!

Up until our equaliser that was the worst excuse for a football match I've witnessed since the last time I watched a Pulis game but at least on that occasion I had managed to get on the anaesthetics beforehand to dull the senses. Not so today and to suffer a Pulis game in all its glory is hard going. Pitch prepared to make it difficult to play on the ground and attritional from the start with petty gamesmanship, little attacking intent, and the deliberate plan to keep goals and entertainment to an absolute minimum.
Perhaps I'm being a bit unfair about the pitch though, maybe Albion fans have asked for the grass to be left long so they can watch it grow every week for a bit of excitement?

Watching Liverpool looks a completely different sport from the earlier game so much faster it's frightening Wenger stuck in a similar rut to Hughes playing football from another era. Get with the programme boys slow and steady doesn't win the race anymore.
