I really hope the EU refuse May's imminent request for an extension to Article 50 now but I guess they'd just impose a heavy financial penalty to make it worth their while. If they did refuse it I suppose the shits in Parliament would then just revoke it wouldn't they ! Job done as far as they concerned.
I wonder if that Leave Means Leave march (or whatever it is) is still going from Sunderland to the House of Conmen on the 16th March ? Not really much point now is there ?
Never forget though - your vote counts !

Jesus Christ. It really is bad now. I have zero confidence in any party leader. We just need to get out. They are just in fighting now which is pissing everyone off. We voted out, get it fucking done, right now. This shit just proves to me, that these self serving fucks are in it for themselves.
EU are scared to death of us leaving, but fuck em, do it. A second referendum makes democracy a joke. It might as well be a dictatorship. I voted out, get it done for fuck sake.

Well it’s another point in itself isn’t it...£1bn a month to extend (whilst still paying the £36bn a year btw). How far would that go to alleviate the impact of a no deal Brexit? I do not have the answer but I am guessing combined with a sensible tariff scheme it would go possibly some way (on the basis that we are going to leave at some point and lose EU subsidies). Who knows really. We aren’t really provided with any sensible information from which to make informed decisions on matters!

Absolutely. These people are supposed to represent us. They aren't doing this, and haven't done for years now. I can't remember a time like this with politicians, and I'm nearly 52. They are taking the piss out of everyone they represent, for their own ends. I'm fucking furious about this shit. The vote was made, deal or no deal, just do it. What do they want? Violence on the streets next?

Whilst the traitors in Westminster try their damn hardest to stop us leaving the eu superblock, we should and will leave. The eu have took the p!ss and angered many people, (many of whom sit on the fence) with their hard ball game and lack of concessions along with the disgraceful and inept performance by those supposedly elected to represent us in Westminster squabbling between themselves. (Take note the 3 local labour MP's Gareth Snell,Ruth Smeeth and Paul Farrelly who voted against their constituents who voted overwhelmingly to leave, each one should be held accountable and deselected in shame.)
The best way forward now would be to hold a general election with Labour offering their pro-remain stance against the Conservatives representing leave, if not that then a second referendum which I have no doubt would return an even larger percentage of the vote in favour of leave after the abhorrent, disrespectful and appalling manner of treatment from the European commission and its unelected elite politicians towards our nation.

Just to point out the way our electoral system works. Paul Farrely won 38% in 2015(pre Brexit referendum) of the vote to win his seat to be elected the democratic member for Newcastle under Lyme (48% in post referendum 2017) 37% voted remain in Newcastle under Lyme in the referendum. Just saying...

Please explain. Yes they have been consistent in their position, but to get a break through and keep billions of pounds worth of trade flowing between the two they were required to tweek/amend the deal. They were to stubborn to because they are a protectionist block. They are scared to hell of us leaving and succeeding which would have a domino effect regards Italy etc also leaving bringing their house of cards down. This mess? You mean opportunity!!! You call it a divorce I call it leave. Hopefully we will pay the price for leaving, we'd all be better off in the long run without question. It's time you and Westminster grew some balls.

Can you please clear up their actual position as regards leave/remain so that everybody else, myself included understands what if any position they hold?

I’d back a new referendum, and I voted Leave. Now that all of the facts are on the table, we now understand that our Government can not / will never deliver a satisfactory Brexit, we know know that Nigel’s £360m NHS pledge was utter bollocks, etc etc. I was swayed in the end, by listening to Sir Anthony Bamford talk about how much better things will be after we leave the EU, quickly followed by Lord Digby Jones saying the same. That was enough to get me off the fence. This time around, my opinion would I think be “better the devil you know”, and I’d vote Remain, however that was presented. The EU needs reform... we all know that. And how do you propose reforming the EU then? Any ideas?

Since Blair retired to his mansion in Barbados, I had sincerely hoped that we had seen the last of him. We just know that he will be creeping out from under his rock very soon.
I was recently in Barbados and a Barbadian asked me if we could take back our former prime minister. God only knows how Blair has managed to alienate his neighbours in such a short time.

Just saying... That's why politics and referendum don't mix. As per my posts two and half years ago. It's a box that's been opened that cannot be closed. We have sliced open a division of political parties, families, business and society that will take years to heal. The status quo has been kicked into touch and ultimately the normal hard working people of this country will suffer. One way or another. The UKIP extremists under the leadership of Nigel Farage have systematically chipped away, with the help of the Daily Mail and the Sun, at the general public to stir up a general manic campaign of fear and loathing against the EU. Normally politics don't matter too much to the rank and file. We go along our merry way and either have a couple of extra pounds in our pockets or take ten minutes earlier in the hospital queue... This crock of shit is going to reverberate for decades. As stated earlier, for Rees Mogg to come out with a statement tonight... "She's not my Prime Minister she's the Queen's" Absolute chaos.

Thing is we aren’t the only ordinary folk in Europe who dislike the EU as it is and have our gripes with it. But whether the unwashed masses will ever come together and say enough is enough is another matter. I also suppose what I am suggesting is somewhat of a mass revolution and so unlikely so no not really I have no sensible ideas....
