Trump is a Populist which is another way of saying an opportunist. Populism works electorially, which is why it's being adopted by the Conservative Party.
There is no requirement for policies just to build a platform claiming to represent the "Real People" which are the native people who are engaged in a constant conflict with outsiders who can include immigrants, left wing elites, civil servants (the Blob), big business, the establishment, the Judiciary all of whom contrive to thwart "the will of the People"
When this platform fails electoraly the only obvious conclusion/answer/reason why is fraud because its not what "the people" wanted Rinse and repeat.
Populism is dangerous as it depends on attacking the State Institutions not reforming them if required. Unhinged individuals or groups can take that message to extremes

So, Fox is the biggest MSM in the country. I don’t know why people keep ignoring that. You are correct though, Trump isn’t hated by the country. Merely, he is hated by more in the country than loved, which is still enough to see him fail. However, my statement was too far. I’m not so blind as to believe that law and order is absolutely fair. I do believe that there are huge disparities, chiefly across race and across wealth, that perpetuate worse judicial outcomes for the poorest. However, the Republican platform has been to chastise Democrats who say this, who dare to question if Lady Justice is actually peaking. To slip casually out of that argument now is crap. It wouldn’t annoy me so much if it wasn’t a big part of their platform to reject any nuance in this (unless it benefits them, of course). I'd say he has more fans than people who hate him. Not judging by this nonsense there isn't! 😃 |

Be nice to see Vivek in the Whitehouse, I think Trump will win it though, I can see him exposing a lot on the left at his 'trial'. A lot more people are aware of media bullshit now compared to just a few years ago. I truly hope so. What's happening to Trump is the most corrupt witch hunt the western world has seen in the history of modern politics. Repeatedly arresting political opponents on bogus charges is what happens in the kind of countries the west usually takes the moral high ground over prior to invasion. One thing from the debate that I did like was the “show of hands” aspect for the Trump question. It should be made this simple. Ask Republicans what issue they care about most, ask nominees to show hands if they would support it. Hold them to it. When they are questioned on it and repeating try to avoid by giving generic big hitter lines from campaigns (looking at you De Santis) they should be put to task. The American people deserve to know what their candidate stands for (Republican and Democratic). Why make it more complicated than a show of hands at the beginning? "My hand was not under my complete control when you asked that question previously"...  |

I suppose his supporters don't have to agree with all of his polices. It's not meant to be a dictatorship after all. I am not a devoted supporter but I do find American politics interesting and follow it. I quite like Ron Desantis also but the deal with the devil he made with Disney is what has lost him his popularity. Trump has proven he can't be bought and Ron has proven that he can. Vivek Ramaswamy would be who got my vote next rather than Ron. I don't particularly follow it in loads of depth myself and I'm sure alot of the sources I consume are probably bias against trump too. What's the Disney deal that Ron did? Will give Vivek a Google too as don't know much on him. All mainstream media sources are bias against trump. So unless its a source you've searched out yourself there will definitely be a bias. The issue with Disney is that they are applying a lot of non Conservative values in their movies and theme park. These tend to be around what a lot of people perceive as brainwashing children into believing there are more than two genders and sexualising children in general etc. There's also a lot of convicted child molesters linked to the brand that get hushed up almost as soon as they are exposed. Make of that what you will, but Desantis was very vocal against them and gained a lot of support because of it. But once a large some of money was provided to him by Disney within some sort of investment deal he changed his opinion on them overnight. Google isn't always the best place to research people to get a fair view of them although we all go to Google as the norm. If you were to Google "can men menstruate" for example the first few results will likely tell you in a round about way that they can. Which of course they can't. Google is a powerful tool in the brainwashing exercise. If you want to know about vivek ramaswamy then follow him direct. See and hear the words that directly come out of his mouth. |

My friends are simply not that excited about abortion, nervous about losing their gun licenses and desperate for the US to stay on top. While I believe they are wrong about believing Trump will do the latter, he’s certainly more likely to implement policies in their favour for the other two than most Democrats. |

I'm implying that it's great that me and you can have different opinions and that's how I like it, exactly how it should be. But in America Trump had too many different opinions and now they are saying that he is a criminal. They didn't think he was a criminal all of those years he was giving the Democrats money. Once he got into politics and had a different opinion then they started to hound him. You're right about the Democrats being war mongers, with the exception of the latest Kennedy maybe. All through Trumps campaign and his presidency they had the nerve to call him a warmonger and in reality he's the only president in my lifetime that hasn't invaded anywhere else. |
