Will we sell our allocation now I wonder ? If they're £20 like the Forest tickets were we'll still flog 3,000 I reckon.... Should be cheaper than Forest game as that was not televised

Over the moon with it. Sit at home watch is on the tv rather than spend unnecessary cash now. Bloody love tv companies

Arsenal vs STOKE CITY - Sunday 11th January, 1.30pm Rochdale vs STOKE CITY - Monday 26th January, 8.00pm Newcastle vs STOKE CITY - Sunday 8th February, 2.05pm Three away games in less than a month that are frankly ridiculous to get too for most of our supporters, It's no wonder we don't take much of a following to away games any more is it? It's absolutely disgusting but we all know it's only going to get worse, the more power the TV companies gain with fixtures the more us fans will get fucked over. Words really do fail me. I'm so pissed off I just feel like giving in. I was really looking forward to going, now, like most people, it becomes literally impossible. Fucking tv companies.

Livid about this but not surprised. Was looking foward to an good old-fashioned day out. Now if I want to go (and knowing me I will) it requires time off work and a very late night back in Bristol. It's all done for us fans though.

Those who want us to sign players worth millions need to realise that it's those " fucking TV companies " who fund it
It's pissed me off also but folk need to realise they call the tune

What's really shit is that the last train from Piccadilly back to Stoke is at 22:10, which is a really tight taxi ride from the ground, instead of having a 23:00 train allowing football fans the chance to get home easily.....

I was unable to go on the original KO on Satdee afternoon, due to work commitments; the re-scheduling means I can watch it live, though, since BT Sport is the only live sports package for no extra cost that I get, for some weird reason.
So, I guess I'm happy. Fair to say, though, if it had been re-scheduled to Sunday rather than Monday, I would have gone to Spotland, regardless of TV. Mates reckon it's a decent little ground and easy to get to.

Suits me as I may now be able to see it from my Ski resort in Austria whereas a 3 pm Saturday kick off would probably have seen me still travelling.
Bad news though for most travelling fans. To have one weekday evening game in each cup round is just about ok but to have 3 is taking the piss.
