According to George Galloway they aren't worth it, and he says the numbers of MPs should be cut to 200 ( from 600) at most, as most of our laws are now made in Brussels.

I suppose this chump also thinks there's a man in the moon too. Some of his reasoning is absurd. Of course there is a man in the moon. You'll be telling me there is no tooth fairy next... Don't be daft everybody knows there's a Tooth Fairy!!

I've played in Florida at Orlando and Naples/ Fort Myers areas but it wasn't a specific golf holiday, I took a half set of clubs with me and booked a A la carte Fly drive holiday, it's a great place to play, I was there around October time.
I watched Sandy Lyle playing in Orlando and got talking to him and his caddy (very nice guys), they gave me some tips on which courses to play.

When you've been a Manu player or in that environment it doesn't come easily to put other teams up on pedestals above yourself in the way TP was always doing, those players carry an attitude of we're better than they are, we can beat them.
It can be taken as arrogance but really it's confidence and a feeling of you're in no way inferior.

I watched “The Birds” for the first time last night. I reckon the 1960’s / 1970’s horror movies and much more scarier than the modern stuff. “DON’T OPEN THE FECKING DOOR!” I watched that movie in 3D at Universal studios in Orlando in 1980s, in 3D it really is scary, there's a scene where the birds attack at the petrol station it had everyone ducking in their seats, the birds seemed as if they were swooping over the cinema seats at you.

It was an incredibly dull game as I recall where neither side really deserved nil. In terms of the post Christmas run though, it was half decent. That's right how I remember it.

In the previous premier league years we haven't had as many season tickets sold but the Brit never had empty seats, I don't think it will be any different next season, didn't a lot of tickets sell in early bird 2 seasons ago to qualify people for a wembley ticket?

Yes that 1958 WC was one that fate had a large part in, you mentioned the Magyars and the Russian tanks, the Munich air crash also played a large part, how many of those busby babes might have been playing in that WC, certainly Duncan Edwards would of played.

When Alan Sugar was chairman at Spurs he put forward a potential future where the TV revenues had become large enough to basically give away the match tickets just to provide the atmosphere inside the grounds, it seems that current chairmen what the TV money and extortionate ticket prices.

I was staggered to find the British Lions v Australia match hasn't sold out. Then I saw the ticket prices and it made sense. There are thousands of Lions fans over there who they can rip off and they won't mind because they're used to it, whereas the Aussies aren't used to high ticket prices.
