Given ffp. I think MON is looking at whether or not, he can keep us up with the players we have. Frustrations aside, I believe fully, that we have more than enough to not go down. That's leaves the decision, does he then spend money on a player or players, that would most likely be stop gap players( bringing in more average players on contracts) or does he stick with what we have, in the hope we stay up, then leaving a better budget for next season. I think it will loan players in only, hence the desire to get rid of all loans currently here. Difficult to judge, but I think we have seen enough in terms of performance change to think we are not going down. Start MONs rebuild in the summer for me. Exactly, lets get rid first!

In the 70s this fixture was always tasty. For example ....... Great decision to be fair.

I'm not inspired by this, if we are indeed interested.
Would be nice see a free kick on target though! He does have a lethal left peg.

McClean has been our best and most consistant player since moving from left back and he's put in more effort than most players put togther. Dropping him saturday may look like a kick in the teeth (as it's Verindens's first back) Even though Jimmy probably needs a rest. Also MON hasn't seen him play yet. Having said that I'm glad he's back, and looking forward to seeing him in the side. Jimmy needs a break Verlinden can happily play on the right mind He does, well deserved too. Not sure I'd do it first game though. I wouldn't move last games right player either!

Brilliant news. Imagine he'll play instead of MacLean on Satdee. Dropping him saturday may look like a kick in the teeth (as it's Verindens's first back) Even though Jimmy probably needs a rest. Also MON hasn't seen him play yet. I think it's a case of there's a player in there and he's trying to get it out. Also who else is there?
For me he's scared of the ball, he's the only player I see who gets himself marked save touching it. The full backs don't help either.

I noticed MON bollock him for a slow pass to Ince, by the time it got there he had 2 players on him. MON shouting to him what looked like pass forward quicker. It apperared to me, Edwards argued back. I said at the time, he'll get pulled.
He did it at MONs I think first game at brit too. Think he was dropped from next game then.

You just know after we get relegated players such as Butland, BMI, Allen,Ince etc the big earners will be off without a second thought. They haven't got an ounce of fight in them and Ince I've seen more fight in a piece of fucking lettuce than him! I once saw Eddie Hall choke on a piece of lettuce in Rawr. That damn Little Gem leaf almost killed him. Nice Avatar, would be better with BR one though

Just reafirms our forwards are useless for me.
I dislike how it was used as an excuse though. A blind man can see our frailties under NJ

I didn't bother turning up not sure if that helped? Therefore I can't comment, I wasn't there.
I don't agree with booing usually though, unless stupid sub in already poor game or full time
P.s the James lyric is brilliant. Though it's not being poor after riches. It's not getting the maximum out of our sum of parts that's causing frustration. Most Stokies knew it wouldn't easy.

The facts as they are this season Jones P15 W2 D2 L11 F13 A27 PTS 8 ONeill P6 W3 D0 L3 F11 A8 PTS 9 So more points in a lot less games, a better goals per game ratio, and a better defensive record. Considering what he inherited I’d say he’s done ok so far...... Spot on! From the shit he has to work with, rubbish behind the scenes and everthing else, he's done very well. Before he started, everyone would have took 3 wins from ! Only confusing thing is Etebo and Badou, we have to trust him on that though.

All our players come with good reputation, strange thing is, they turn useless playing for us. I think we are the common denominator!

I think a few spoke of this a while ago.
Nixon and others said, It's a strange thing to do. It's almost universal and traditional and all your rivals pay it.

Usually I'm thinking I won't, but usually do last minute.
Next season I will have to do other things on Saturdays too.
Athough I haven't really enjoyed Stoke for a few years, that will change soon I hope, so my decision will also be on football in general. I must say I'm disillusioned with the game full stop. I no longer watch any football other than Stoke. Never watch a live game on TV, never watch highlights, never watch Quest. I don't think promotion to the Prem would help either, I just don't think I could stomach VAR at the minute.

during the 90s it seemed inevitable they'd be dragged down eventually, had a few last day escapes. Hans Segers likes this from his Caribbean Island! I bet he does. Was itWimbledon 2 up and shipped 3 for a miraculous Everton escape. Amazing!

Yes, there are about 5 clubs in an equally poor position, we've done the management change early, we've got a strong squad compared to them. We just have to out perform just 3 sides. I don't think we'll go down now we've removed Nath, and bookies agree.

Was great night, didn't know if celebrate or not, but when our Defender with only the keeper to beat just lifted ball into his arms. We all went mental celebrating, singing. We hate Vale, whole groud joined in. Great times!
In the traffic jam on the dual carraige near gound, all Stokies in cars were all laughing and joking. I nudged the car infront, woman got out to check her car was OK. A bus full of Stokies pulled up, all hanging out of window. Shouting, We saw you reverse him silly cow!! etc. etc., It was all good natured, but she must have wanted the ground swallow her up.

I'd love to see Diego Simeone manage in the Premier League. For the new stadium Spuds need to have a "name" as manager so Zidane or Mourinho it is Simeone is a name, I wouldn't owrry about that. I think you're right though, Mourinho is ideal, as he would win something even if Carabou Cup.

Can't pick one
CHris Sutton Danny Murphy Martin Keown Jason Kundy Dean Ashton
Surprisingly, I thought Danny Mills was an total weapon in his playing days, I find quite decent.

Could be an interesting 3 games at Wembley in the group. Potentially France or Portugal - as well as Scotland. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/UEFA_Euro_2020#BracketThen looks like if we win the group, it's a last 16 game in Dublin against the runners-up in Germany's group - then a QF in Rome. And if we're group runners-up, last 16 in Copenhagen against the runners-up in Spain's group - and QF in St Petersburg. Hopefully Germany/Spain don't slip up and manage to win their group - or that last 16 game will be very tasty! So we could get France, Sweden and Scotland? FFS!!
