Yeah could see him at wrexham in some sort of capacity Failing that, corporates at Old Trafford with Lou and Mickey T

I'd take him as a Director of Football for sure. We could then fire off Martin and bring Bojan in as Technical Director.
Know the club... 😉

For Hughes as a serious manager, this has to be it Became the first manager to be sacked by two premier league teams in the same year (us in the January, Southampton in December)
Then the drop to L2 and this
As others have said, a more cushy, less intense front of house job surely awaits

I don't want him back because he ultimately played a large part in ruining what we had.
But he would have a point to prove. If Neil does end up getting sacked we will probably hire worse than Hughes.
Big failure at Bradford, but to be fair they are a poisoned chalice as well. String of failures for probably 20 years by now for them is it?

I'd happily take him back Good grief Gary, what are you thinking? I like him tbf, my 2nd favourite manager after Lou. 9th place in prem, the best football I've seen us play, decent likeable bloke, just lost his way unfortunately.

He must be 60, been in management for 25 years or so and has just been sacked by a League Two side. I don’t think we’ll be seeing him back in a dugout again to be honest. Certainly not here FFS.

I have a lot of time for Hughes and his first 3 seasons here were right up there with the best ever in my supporting time
But hes done now as a manager IMO, nothing to be gained by bringing him back

I wonder if he could tempt Scholes and Cartwright back and obviously his coaching staff who were, are where? Hang on I’ll have a think. Strange decision as Bradford are only 4 points short of 9th

You think he’ll get them up then? Could be the difference, he'll definitely score goals and be a menace in that league.
