I stopped watching Wrestling for years after the Rock and Stone cold but started watching it now and again and I find it quite creative and entertaining and also sometimes bizarre and sometimes funny. With many wrestlers being like gymnasts I love some of the moves they do some very inventive.

Honestly, the women’s wrestling now is some of the better work of the whole product. WWE moved away from a lot of blood (protecting workers) and with that, they made the product for a wide age range (not just 16-30 year old boys). They’ve made a lot of money doing it. I did think that these matches were awesome as a child.

Love it.. Seth wasn’t pleased unless it’s an angle for the lead up to Wrestlemania?

Love it.. Seth wasn’t pleased unless it’s an angle for the lead up to Wrestlemania? apparently neither was Drew McIntyre, unsure if a work or genuine unhappiness problem with Punk is that he is completely toxic and everywhere he goes it ends badly, just look at his recent exit from AEW.... even so i found myself humming cult of personality all day yesterday

As far as Punk is concerned he’s already giving the WWE attention so it’s a win for them. Have to admit the pop was loud but expected as it was Punk’s hometown.

Been loving a bunch of his videos so far & would recommend any wrestling fan checking them out. This is a good little insight into which finishers actually hurt & which don't.

If this lot is true what a bunch of scumbags they are, man. I don't think anyone would be surprised by Vince, but seeing Brock's name there I wasn't expecting.

I’ve just watched a YouTube video on the lawsuit. Not surprised at all tbh. Dark Side of the Ring did a similar story with the Air Stewardess and Ric Flair. Vince is the scum of the earth (including the other two mentioned) if this is proved to be true. I reckon possibly someone close to Vince (maybe Shane) was the whistleblower?

It will come out in court. Not surprised by it at all. He’s always been a lech. Can’t believe his wife stayed with him for so long. I don’t really see the point of NDA agreements though. If she sues him now and wins, does he get to reduce the amount by the compensation already paid?

From the Jim Cornette video I saw last night, which to me he (Cornette) came across in bad taste during it which the host tried to calm him down. Vince has form of offering out payouts and not fulfilling his deal. Not that’s the main concern, but the story published is proof he is a power hungry personality. Glad he’s resigned and has nothing to do with the brand (hasn’t since this first came out). He is a cancer to the industry.

We all knew Vince was a creep, you just have to look at the Attitude era and how he played out all his fantasies on screen before our very eyes. I'm guessing this carried on during the years I wasn't watching afterwards too.

He literally made wrestling into what it is today. I happen to love wrestling now, so I thank him for that. He seems like a piece of shit human being though and his ideas about what a wrestling show should be are now antiquated.

John Coates could easily afford this the next time we do a pre-match light show.
Have him walk out to the centre circle and hold up the Auto Windscreens Shield

Was obsessed with Wrestling as a kid, like proper obsessed. Remember it as clear as day when they started showing WWF on Saturday morning telly, possibly part of World of Sport. It featured Junkyard Dog, Cowboy Bob Orton, and the British Bulldogs v the Hart Foundation. It was like switching from black and white to colour going from British to American wrestling, the difference was amazing, in part no doubt down to steroids.
Favourite wrestler was Bret Hart, and loved the Royal Rumble and Survivor Series but used to watch all sorts from various different promotions. Even used to subscribe to Pro Wrestling Illustrated and went to see one of the first UK WWF events at the G-Mex in 1990.
Pretty much stopped Watching it overnight when Yokozuna won the Royal Rumble in 1993 which also coincided with meeting girls and boozing.
Great days.

My buddy from work has invited me and a few others over this coming weekend to watch some big WWE event. I've not kept up with wrestling since the the early 00's and don't know any of the current players or plot lines. So, by default I'll back any mystical type of character from the Orient if there is one.

The Rock is a huge draw because of his ability to talk. He was fairly crap in the ring (apart from his ability to sell a move). He was only wrestling full time for a short period.

Should I expect a transfer of the reins with the Rock to officially bless the current era, sort of like what Hogan and Andre the Giant did? Wrestling seems to be going back to what was called ‘Attitude Era’ & since the takeover & removal of Former owner Vince McMahon (due to allegations of sexual misconduct). It’s becoming a draw for the 16-49 bracket. Gone are the big guys like Andre, Hogan, Warrior & now it’s a mixed bag of high flyers, slimmer physiques, and a women’s division that is a good watch. It’s all entertainment and scripted but good to watch. The last 12 months have been the best in recent times.
