Odemwingie for me, actually only featured 27 times scoring 5 goals for us apparently. I'm so fond of the bloke but he really barely featured!

Hard to pick just one and I bet there are loads of you that really appreciated the contribution of many different players. There are two players that didn't really make the headlines but, for me, were really key players at different periods of our history. Eric Skeels and John Mahoney. Both never gave less than 100% and were prepared to do anything for the team.

Mark Crossley great for a few games plus another messiah John (?) Devine for a few games, we have a lot of them nowadays.

Tosh Mckinlay.
Made his debut at home vs Middlesbrough during Kamara's ill-fated reign, gave away a penalty, then got sent off for punching Craig Hignett.

Was a bit harsh the fans booing Hignett as not like he went down or anything. Hugo Da Costa...looked like the meanest defender on the planet but believed in social distancing long before COVID

Stefan Thordarson. Never seemed to get a consistent run of games but always seemed to make something happen when on the pitch.
Had an absolute thundertwatter of a left foot.

What a fizzer !🤣 The ref even praising him on that one. Didn't he miss an absolute sitter v Oldham in the cup? The game wher Smart was sent off. The Oldham keeper kicked it straight to him and he completely mis hit it, bobbling wide
