Wouldn't have thought we'd be interested in taking him next season? I think O'Neill would But obviously the wages mean it won't happen unless it's a subsidised loan and O'Neill might not be the manager

But, as you say, without our desire to get rid of Ince, he would have been stuck there this year and without that being a factor next season, it's going to be tricky for him. www.stokesentinel.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/reading-stoke-transfer-liam-moore-6595330The Reading guy who was asked for a scouting report on him when he joined said he was believed to be on THIRTY FIVE GRAND A WEEK! Jaw-dropping. And then you wonder why Reading are in a mess?!

Darn. Was quite hoping he'd bundle one in to add to my "scored for and against us" list. All down to Morgan Fox now

The positives it will mean game time for our own players hopefully Forrester and Wilmot. Either if played alongside Jags could benefit, moving THB to right back..
Negative MON may well revert to the 5 at the back to reveal our weaknesses again behind the wing backs and indecision among the 3 in the middle.

Need to get rid of this dinosaur manager as next seasons defence could be very similar to this. He’ll probably give ‘Chezzy’ another year and potentially sign Moore! Hopefully Coates and Co will see sense and get rid!!!!!

They're so fucked they've bought in Terrell Thomas on a free who got released from Crewe because he was totally out of his depth at a club who are rooted to the bottom of league 1.

Can we now play Wilmot at centre back until the end of the season in a back four please?

I like to see tachyon's list of how many serious player injuries a club can expect to suffer each year? We seem to be particularly 'lucky' in that area.

Sums our season up, we've been blighted this season. One step forward and two back. It's not helped trying to make a fair assessment of how we are really doing. Hmm.

Daddy, they won’t let me play! It’s okay son, I’ll speak to them, you wait here and wipe your eyes. He’s had the last laugh though I guess. Imagine being beaten by a Paul Ince managed team. I would ask how much worse could things get, but I know it’s the one thing Stoke excel at and that is making a shit situation far worse than it ever could be.

He’s won over 40% of the games that he has managed in. It’s not like he’s completely useless, even if it was a very odd appointment at the time of a manager that hadn’t been doing anything for the better part of a decade.

You just don’t like Moore Bayern. What would Ince have offered that he isn’t in the last two seasons?

You just don’t like Moore Bayern. What would Ince have offered that he isn’t in the last two seasons? Moore has been useless yes. Ince was playing well in December/January and scoring a few, setting a few up and generally looked our best attacking threat in that time period. Playing for a contract? Almost certainly. Who cares?

Bayern, you made up your mind about Moore before he kicked a ball because of Forrester etc. that is pretty obvious. Moore played just 4 games and is a proven player at this level. The only game he looked vulnerable in was Bournemouth away when we played with 10 men and against 4 forwards for most of the game. I can agree on the decision to bring in Moore being poor, but he's definitely good for this level. We just didn't really need him.

I couldn’t care less what he’s done at other clubs, he hasn’t got played well for us and was never needed.
